Description of the South Lake Tahoe vacation home rental

Master bedroom and guest room both feature queen sized beds and children room offers twin bed over full bunk bed. House can comfortably accommodate 7 to 9 guests along with full size sleeper sofa in living area.

House features centralized heating and cozy gas insert fire place in living area. Kitchen is complete and offers all modern appliances (dishwasher, microwave etc ), for home style living. It has a kitchen island which can be used for cooking preparation or social lounge.

Privately fenced, quiet, and roomy backyard features a 6 person hot tub and is ideal for children and mannered pets. Game room includes dart board set, pool table, lounge oak bar and an IPOD compatible stereo. Driveway parking area can accommodate 2 to 3 vehicles.

Outdoor gas grill available all year round. During the non-winter seasons has a 6 person patio dining set with umbrella.

Area Information

Located approximately 0.5 miles north of the "Y" (HWY 50 and 89 Intersection, Emerald Bay Rd).

House is located in a quiet neighborhood (Gardner Mountain) within a 5 to 10 minute walk to restaurants, pubs and bars.

Within a 2 minute drive ( about 15/20minutes walk ) to Pope Beach and Camp Richardson. Centrally located ( 20 minute drive) between Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly ski areas. 2 minute walk to Forest Service trail heads accessing Angora Mountain and Fallen Leaf Lake.

Lake Tahoe Getaway!!

Super cute and comfy home!! It was a big hit with the whole family!! The pool table and hot tub were nice extras. It was great to sit in the hot tub and look up at the trees and stars at night. The house very easily accommodated 5 adults. There were great directions for everything in the house that a person may have trouble working which was also a nice bonus.

My family and I spent 3 nights at this cozy property and it was amazing. During the day we drove down to the beach which is just a few minutes away. At night we spent time in the hottub, played pool and board games. The back yard is lovely and we had breakfast out there in the morning. I can honestly say that all our needs were met and expectations exceeded. I highly recommend the property just wish we stayed longer :)

We spent 4 wonderful nights at Jeff and Romina's beautiful cabin.There were 7 of us adults and our dogs.We played pool and darts while our dogs curled up in this very spacious room.The stereo in the game room and living room, was perfect for us to just chill and relax.The kitchen is also very spacious and allowed the 5 cooks to work around one another when we made a big dinner.Plenty of utensils and necessary cookware to create your meals.The decor was very mountainy and made us feel cozy in the snow.Tahoe is beautiful and I really think they captured the decor perfectly!The kitchen was open to the living room.They have a great set up with a DVD player and big screen TV.We lounged on the couches and played games at the big dining table.It really was paradise.Down the hall you have 3 rooms.The master was so nice with plenty of space for all of your things and a nice bench.The master bath was also connected to the shower room and led out to the hot tub area.The other room with the queen was also very nice and the room with the bunk beds (full size on bottom) was spacious and a great spot if you have kids.Most of the time we went out to the hot tub, where the dogs could explore the backyard, which was fully enclosed even for our escape artist dogs, while we sat in the hot tub with a glass of wine.The hot tub was set at 104 and it was perfect! It even snowed the first night we were there and we thought it was beautiful.The location was also excellent, because we were only about 10-15 minutes from the Casino's and a 10 minute drive from Pope Beach.We went snowboarding at Homewood which is my new favorite resort.Its a great mtn and there were no lines.It took us about 25-30 minutes to get to it from the cabin.I have to mention how helpful Jeff was before & during our stay.He responded very quickly to all of my questions, and even gave us the regular rate even though it was a holiday weekend.It comes highly recommended from us!
