Rubicon is in a perfect location in the woods, yet is less than a mile from the casinos and 1.4 miles from the Heavenly Gondola. Rubicon is approximately one mile fro Zephyr Cove beach! As our guests, you will have the use of the Clubhouse facilities which feature Saunas, a pool table and ping pong. From memorial day through the first snowfall a large SWIMMING POOL, TWO TENNIS COURTS, barbeque and picnic area as well as a DELUXE CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA are available to our guests at no additional charge.
Situated in a quiet wooded area, Rubicon is bright and sunny and looks up at Heavenly Mountain and overlooks the forest.
The Townhome is newly furnished and both bedrooms have KING sized beds and remote TV's. The master has a private bath, and a second full sized bath accomodates the other bedroom. There is a washer/dryer opposite bathroom number two.
The large upstairs living room, dining room and kitchen area is comfortably furnished with a dining table which seats 8 plus two additional bar stools at the adjacent tile counter.
The living room has a gas fireplace High Definition 31" TV, DVD/VCR, and two quality queen hide-a-beds. There is an additional half bath upstairs for guest use.
The living room has books and games for adults and children as well as an adjoining comfortable deck with a gas barbeque.
In addition to the fully furnished kitchen with all appliances, dishes, and utensils, Rubicon has a two car garage with remote.
There is a private Hot Springs HOT TUB in a separate room adjacent to the garage.
