We are within walking distance to the lake. Heavenly Ski Resort is only 3 minutes by car and 3 minutes to all 5 major casinos. Take a hike on scenic Tahoe Rim Trail just minutes away. In fact, all activities are only minutes away, such as skiing, golf, boating, biking, fishing, para-sailing, rafting and many more for adults and kids alike. You will love it here!

There are three bedrooms, a walk-in loft with a queen size sofa bed, two queen size sofa beds in the living room and two twin bed roll-a-ways . One of the bedrooms has a bunk bed and a 3rd twin bed. Cozy Tahoe Condo

We had exactly 10 people ( 4 adults and 6 kids) and we fit comfortable with the use of the pull out beds and sofa bed. It was very quiet and cozy. Kids loved the hot tub. Having a washer in dryer is essential when you're traveling with kids. It made life so much easier for us. Would love to stay again next season! Also, this is a great price! Thank you, very much!!

We found this home to be close to everything we were interested in seeing. It is well maintained considering the level of traffic it probably receives, and the place was extremely quiet since I think we were the only ones in the building that week. I did not find it to be extremely clean, in fact my mother in law and I did some extra cleaning in the bathrooms and kitchen within the first day. Once that was done - we enjoyed our stay there. It was nice to have a comfortable living room to watch movies in the evenings and the nice large dining table for the family to all eat around. The games were nice, and my kids had a great time playing them every evening.

Townhome was Beautiful! Great spot close to everything. Very well maintained and we all had a fabulous time and the comfortable home was the best touch to make the trip a success. Hot tub was great touch as well. Overall great experience with a great townhome to rent. We will definitely come back and inquire about this property availability in future.

This townhouse worked perfectly for our annual Tahoe trip! Cascade was spacious, clean, and the amenities were great - indoor garage, ample parking, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and lotions, and the hot tub. Easy access from Hwy 50 and very close to the casinos and Heavenly. The keyless entry was a plus too, since we were on different schedules and doing different activities! Reserving Cascade was simple and direct through e-mail and paypal. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you, Randy, for helping make our Tahoe weekend a fun and memorable one!

Great condo for family summer vacation!

The condo was a perfect choice for my family’s summer vacation – 7 adults - most in their 20’s. We found it to be roomy, comfortable, and clean. It was a short drive to all of the water activities and hiking in South Lake Tahoe, and we enjoyed being close to the casinos at night. The kitchen had all the appliances, dishes, glassware, silverware etc. you would expect it to have. The big dining room table brought us all together for breakfast in the morning and dessert at night. The couches were comfortable and inviting, and the kids enjoyed playing the over-sized checkers in the living room. They also took advantage of the wireless Internet access. The bedrooms fit everyone comfortably and the 2 bathrooms were clean; there were plenty of hotel-type towels. The condo facility offered swimming, tennis etc, however, we never took advantage of them in the short time we were there; for a longer stay they would have been a nice bonus. Also, we found the owner to be very responsive to any questions we had over the phone during the reservation process and even after we checked in. Only negatives were the frying pans which were the non-stick kind and were all so badly scratched we were afraid to use them, and no measuring cup or measuring spoons which we could have used. Also, the hot tub kept coming on by itself every day and we had to keep shutting it off. Overall, we were really very happy with the condo and would highly recommend it. Great area-a bit noisy being so close to the highway but not bad. Townhome was very clean and nice. Kids loved the loft area upstairs. Beds were comfy. On the down side, the hot tub was so loud it was annoying and we couldnt figure out how to turn it off. And it would have been a bit nicer if they had some better pans in the kitchen-they were all teflon and all peeling or so warped they were unusable. But for the most part it was wonderful. We could tell it is very well taken care of.

The townhouse was located perfectly between beaches and the casinos. Everything was clean and well cared for. Loved how there were extra towels! We also enjoyed the extra large checker table. We had a great time and would go back in a minute.

First time in Tahoe and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. House has great layout with great views and so close to so many places. Area is quiet and relaxing and pool and clubhouse are an added plus. Was great to come back and be able to relax in the hot tub at the end of the day. Would recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for a great place to stay when you want to get away and just relax.

Overall, we were very happy with this property. We usually stay in hotels, but this year we had my sister-in-law with us. We needed more room and a kitchen. We got it! The condo was very roomy and the bedroom/bathroom layout was perfect. The only problems were the fireplace didn't work (or we couldn't figure it out). The TV/DVD was very tempermental... only certain DVDs would work. The alarm clock in an upstairs room was broken...wrong time displayed and couldn't be reset. Being altogether was more important than the little things above. We were all very happy with this place. The location was the best. We enjoyed going to the casinos in the evenings.

A wonderful surprise

The property was beautifully decorated. I like how there were countless things to do at the home. We didnt mind spending the last night at home playing board games. Thats how cozy and relaxing the house made us feel. My girlfriend was really excited to find out this trip was actually a surprise birthday trip. Her friends loved decorating the house before we got there. We're definitely going to rent the house again for our snowboarding trips. Thanks once again for a really relaxing experience.
