We are within walking distance to the lake. Heavenly Ski Resort is only 3 minutes by car and 3 minutes to all 5 major casinos. Take a hike on scenic Tahoe Rim Trail just minutes away. In fact, all activities are only minutes away, such as skiing, golf, boating, biking, fishing, para-sailing, rafting and many more for adults and kids alike. You will love it here!

Snowbird has soaring vaulted ceilings and windows accenting the best Lake Tahoe has to offer. Each bedroom is equipped with linens and towels. There are views from every room except the one room with twin beds. The home's layout provides four large bedrooms, three and a half baths, 2 decks, private hot tub and plenty of parking. There are four bedrooms, a loft, and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. One of the bedrooms is the "kids" room which has 3 bunk beds. Capacity is 12 people plus the loft area that is not counted as a sleeping area. This home is perfect for family getaways and reunions. If you are looking for a quality home this one represents an excellent value. The amenities included in this home will guarantee you and your guests a first-class vacation. The house also included a laundry room with a full size Washer & Dryer for your convenience.

 Perfect weekend getaway, November 2, 2009

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at this place and it was just perfect. My friends and I were looking for a place to go to just relax for a weekend, and the Rubicon was better than we could have expected. We spent HOURS playing foosball and loved how big the house was. We spent some time in the hot tub which was nice even though it was located in the garage. It was a 5 minute drive to the casinos and the lake and was in a serene neighborhood surrounded by trees. The owner was great as well - at one point, we had to go back in after our time was up (the door locks automatically), and I was able to quickly call him and get a code to get back into the house. He also refunded our deposit completely and quickly which was definitely appreciated. I recommend this home to anyone who needs a large place to relax and just get away from everything. Thanks for the great stay!

This house was over are expectations. Lots of room, just a great house for enjoying ski vacation. All spaces were as said. Would recommend to anyone. Would like to rent again
