3 DAY MINIMUM STAY ~ PRICES MAY VARY Padre Place Condo is a large one bedroom that sleeps six.
There is a separate living room, bedroom and kitchen.
The bedroom sleeps two; the living room sleeps four and includes a sleeper sofa that sleeps two, and two bunk beds.

The condo has all new tiles throughout, two color cable TV, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo.
The condo is on the second floor and is located in the center of Padre Island, with easy access to the beach. East Ratama street has access to the beach. No need to walk several blocks for beach access.

The furnishing is well appointed and colorful and it is extremely cozy!

Prices range from $750 to $950 per week, $130 to $160, three nights minimum.

Area Information

Padre Place Condo is located in the center of South Padre Island. The island has many attractions including the Schlitterbahn, a large water park, which youngsters love.
There is horseback riding on the beach.
Mexico is a few miles away.
There are many nature centers nearby including Laguna Madre Nature Trail, whichfeatures two board walks where you can observe birds, fish, alligators, etc. Dolphin Research and Sea Life Nature Center where you may see families of dolphins frolicking in the waves.
There is extensive Aquatic Sports, jet skies, waverunners, kayaks, and banana boats. Kiteboarding and windsurfing are also popular. And of course there is world class fishing. There is the South Padre Island Gulf Club, 18 hole campionship course.

There is the Port Isabel Lighthouse Complex which also has the Keeper's Cottage. A visitors must.
There is athe Port Isabel Historical Museum, which features the history of Texas and Mexico. There is a large collection of Mexican artifacts, a gift shop and two exhibit levels.

Great vacation!

This condo was great, very close to the beach, clean, sleeps 6 easily. It has a full kitchen, washers and dryer, beach chairs and toys for the kids. It also has a outside grill we put to use one night. The location was very good as well. Right across the street from the beach. We just walked over there, too close to drive and try to find parking. There were a ton of things to do- Deep sea fishing and Horseback riding were a couple of things we enjoyed. Would definetly recommend staying here!

We stayed at this one bedroom cute condo in south padre. If you are looking for a moderate priced, clean, cute condo this is the place to stay. Walking distance to the beach which is a plus. Close to the main drag with restaurants and shops.
