Description of the South Padre Island vacation condo rental

Terra Mar at South Padre is 4 1200 square foot condominium units, each equipped with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and each unit can park two vehicles. We have front and back patios and each unit has a barbeque grill. We are just steps from the Gulf of Mexico and are home to Texas' most beautiful beach. We can sleep four persons very comfortably.

Terra Mar is located on Aries street approximately 160 yards from the Gulf of Mexico and the street is lined with Villas, condos and private homes. We are less than a mile from the entertainment district and just a couple of blocks from the Post Office. The bay (commonly called the Laguna Madre) is also less than 160 yards from Terra Mar.

• Deposits: A credit card number will secure the reservation and will not be charged in advance. If the minimum stay involves a No Show a $200 charge will be made. On visits of 5 or more nights, a No Show will be charged $400. If damages and losses are not present after departure, the card info will be trashed. SPRING BREAKERS NEED NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS, WE BOOK WINTER TEXANS THROUGH THE MONTH OF MARCH.
   
• Other Fees: Terra Mar at South Padre must charge occupancy taxes on all visits under 30 days at a rate of 13% and we access a $50 cleaning fee on all stays. If excessive damages occur that required repairs beyond normal, those additional fees will be charged to the credit card number held as a deposit.

The condo was very spacious. The pictures on the website doesn't do it justice. The only complaint I have was that the beds were not comfortable at all. I suggest that the beds be replaced. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.
