• Other Fees: $75.00 USD service charge for clean up. Additional maid service may be available upon request for mid week service. Resort Turnover fee: $45.00 Parties greater than 8 will be charged $100.00 resort occupancy fee. Additional resort fees may apply for wrist bands during certain times of the year (Spring Break, Easter Break, last week in July). Wrist band charges vary and may be up to $25.00 USD per person and are made payable to the resort at the homeowners office upon check in.
