Enjoy the sparkling sands and surf of the Gulf of Mexico through the large picture windows in the living room and master bedroom or from the porch of this spacious ground floor, two bedroom, bath condominium. You can walk directly from the fully furnished porch to the pool, spa, shared barbeque area or the gate leading down to the beach.

This condominium, Unit 103, has two bedrooms with separate baths and closets and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The master has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a twin and queen-size bed. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV with cable and a DVD/VCR. There is also a flatscreen TV in the living room with a DVD/VCR and a collection of DVDs and tapes. The living room has a stereo with tape deck and CD player.

The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook and serve delicious meals, including pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, silverware, coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster and glasses. Clean up is easy with the new dishwasher. There is a bar eating area across from the kitchen sink with 4 bar stools, in addition to the dining table. You can also enjoy your meals or morning coffee on the porch with the table and four chairs shaded by the palm tree.

Suntide II has an ocean front spa, swimming pool, sun deck and barbecue area with grills available for no charge on a first come, first serve basis. A volleyball net is located on the beach directly in front of the complex. A regulation lighted tennis court is located the second floor and rackets and tennis balls are on loan in the office. Coin operated laundries are available for guests.
