I am the only owner renting the Radisson Condo privately now IT IS called ISLA GRAND,discount, up to 50% discount from the Radisson price.PRICES VARY
The Radisson Condo Hotel at Padre Island has it all. This is a two bedroom two bath Radisson Condo that sleeps six.
It is direct beachfront with two ocean front balconies. There is a king size bed in the Master bedroom, and twin beds in the seoond bedroom, and a Queen size convertible sofa.WI FI THROUGHOUT!!!CONDO POOL ETC
There are three color TV's in the living room and the two bedrooms with HBO.
The Radisson Condo Hotel also has nightclubs, dancing and entertainment. There are numerous shops that caters to all your needs. There is a beautiful restaurant with a water view featuring all you can eat breakfood, Mexican night, Seafood night, etc. All with a children's menu.
There are two outdoor swimming pools, three whirlpools, and four lighted tennis courts. There is a seasonal children's activities program. The pool has a bar and a snack stand with hamburgers, franks, etc.
The Radisson Hotel will cater to your every need and this is class at its best!

Area Information

Very close to the Radisson Hotel is the Schlitterbahn, a large water park, which youngsters love.
There is horseback riding on the beach.
Mexico is a few miles away.
There are many nature centers nearby including Laguna Madre Nature Trail, which features two board walks where you can observe birds, fish, alligators, etc. Dolphin Research and Sea Life Nature Center where you may see families of dolphins frolicking in the waves.
There is extensive Aquatic Sports, jet skis, waverunners, kayaks, and banana boats. Kiteboarding and windsurfing are also popular. And of course there is world class fishing.
There is the South Padre Island Golf Club, 18 hole championship course.
There is the Port Isabel Lighthouse Complex which also has the Keeper's Cottage. A visitors must.
There is the Port Isabel Historical Museum, which features the history of Texas and Mexico. There is a large collection of Mexican artifacts, a gift shop and two exhibit levels.PRICES VARY

This condo was very clean and well equipted all you needefd to bring was your clothes and food everything else was there. No spring breakers was a plus, Great neighbors and great location easy to get everywhere. Love the island loved the place hopefully we will be back next year.

South Padre Condo Review

Greatly enjoyed our vacation and the condo. The resort was very nice with great swimming pools and beach access. The condo was very clean and had many ammenities. Check in and check out was extremely easy. We especially liked the keyless entry to the facility. We were disappointed the condo unit did not have a washer and dryer inside. Also, the second bedroom of the unit was directly across from the elevator, which made a lot of noise when in use. However, overall everything is great and we would stay at this condo again.

We stayed a week in April; had a fantastic time! Central location, great buffet, poolside service, live music every night at the bar. Other rooms in the hotel dont have the view or amenties of this unit !

The Isla Grande (formerly Radisson) is a first class resort with all the amenities on the grounds you could ask for. Our condo was spacious enough for 6 people to stay comfortably. The view from the balcony is awesome! Maggie, the housekeeper, answered any of our concerns promptly, and the owner went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

Our one year anniversary

My husband and I, as well as our best man and bridesmaid stayed this past weekend at the Padre Island Radisson condo for our one year anniversary. The owner was very helpful in getting us in, and Maggie his liasson who lives near by was very helpful in directions and accomidations. The room was fabulous, perfect views of the resort grounds and beach( we slept with the glass doors open to hear the ocean all night) Rooms and kitchen was fully stocked, very clean. The guest bedroom was nice( perfect for kids and singles) and it was very nice having two bathrooms.It was nice having use of the hotel but not having to check in or out. Overall it was excellent- we will come back( probabley without friends for year number 2!)

My friends and I rented this condo in March and had a great experience. The condo is the place for spring break. We were right where the stage and all the performances were! The owner was very helpful all throughout the week we were there. The condo was very clean and up to date. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. The pool and the restaurant were very nice and kept clean. I do not think there is a better place in South Padre!

The condo was very clean and roomy. It had wonderful picture view from the balcony. The owner was very helpful and informative. My kids and their friends had a wonderful time at the pool under the waterfalls and snack bar. The view from the condo was very relaxing. It was beautiful at night. I will definitely go back for a longer period of time. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!

great place for a vacation rental picture perfect local. we enjoyed all the amenities the restaurant, bar by the pool. especially the snack bar first class. the owner went out of his to by sending us a map of the area and a list of restaurantes. he was very helpful. i plan on coming back as soon as time permits. another great feature is the water park adjacent to the radisson, the kids loved it.
