Description of the South Padre Island vacation condo rental

Something for Everybody at this State-of-the-Art Condo
This state-of-the-art condo with all high quality features and custom tropical art work can sleep up to 6 people. Only four condos share the pool area and the condo is five houses off the beach.

The amenities include an ocean view from front window and balcony (see photo), high speed internet, balcony overlooking the pool, steps from the ocean, cable TV, linens, washer/dryer, free long distance phone and more�

Granite counters with rich wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances of high quality. Cephalon anodized cooking set and a Krups coffeemaker. All Java leather furniture. The sofa is a queen size sleeper bed. A 32" TV with a surround sound home theater system that plays DVD`s, MP3`s CD`s and connects to play your IPOD Tunes.

A custom art table with a glass box casing of giant exotic sea shells, corals and a real lobster centerpiece. The master bedroom has a king bed with French doors opening to the balcony overlooking the pool. It is furnished with a 24" TV, DVD player, CD and AM/FM stereo for the room. Plus an extra soft large comfy reading chair to curl up in with a good book.

A hallway gallery of Art. The second bedroom has 2 full beds to sleep up to 4. All rooms have an overhead tropical leaf fan.

The semi-private pool (no crowds -more sanitary) with outdoor shower and tropical patio furniture next to the pool. Stay in luxury at SPI.
