We recently spent a few days in South Padre. We stayed at this condo and it was adequate. The walk to the beach was quick and the backyard pool was refreshing. My only issue with the condo was the prevalence of ants in both bathrooms and kitchen, but I should have expected them with the sandy environment.

Easy and relaxing place to stay. This is our second stay there. Convenient location to island restaurants and shops, plus less than a block walking distance to beach access. This is great when you're lugging a bunch of beach gear. Best of all, this condo's dog-friendly so the whole "family" can enjoy!

We enjoyed the clean and spacious condo with all appliances in working order including very handy washer and dryer. Condo is more updated than many others in the area and easy walk to beach. Also nice that dogs are allowed yet the place does not look or smell like pets have spent time there. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that we were not told that the place we pick up the key from closes at 6 pm. Fortunately, we arrived at 5:30, and though the owner had closed the business early, someone did eventually stop by and give us the key. Also, it would be nice if more than one roll of toilet paper was provided for each bathroom. That is not something you want to discover you are out of in the middle of the night.

The housing arrangements were nice and had the space we needed as well as the amenities. It was a little dated, but otherwise a great place to stay. Appreciated the fact that we were able to bring our dog and let her right out the door to the yard. Loved the proximity to the beach.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well provisioned. It was better than expected. Sitting outside around the pool in the evenings was very pleasant. It's a short walk to the beach and close to all amenities. The owner of the unit was extremely accomodating to us when we had a last minute change of plans due to an illness and checked in with us during the week to make sure everything was OK. Our family highly recommends this unit and plan to use it again.

This was such a wonderful condo! It is new and clean with great management. The owner does everything that he can to make the stay pleasant, and if you are in need of something immediate during your stay the property management team is right next door. The public beach access is at the end of the street, just a 2-3 minute walk! It is also within walking distance of restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed there the weekend after Memorial Day and the condo was great! Very clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable and the decor was perfect, not to mention the pool was an added bonus. The condo wasnt very far from the beach which is a major ++! The owner checked on us and made sure there were no problems and if we needed anything. We are definitely staying there again!!

We stayed at this property the week before Memorial day. The location of this unit was perfect..pretty much in the middle of the island , we were not too far from anything. The beach was about a 3 minute walk out the door. The girls really enjoyed that. The unit is really nice and the AC works great. The owner texted me during the week to see if everything was going ok and if he could do anything for us. Nice touch! The only thing I thought that could be better was that there could have been trash bags under the counter as well as dish detergent. Otherwise this was a really nice condo with a really nice vacation.

Beautiful,spacious condo- quiet and lots of privacy. With two bedrooms and two full baths there is lots of room. There is another extra sleeping futon in the living room. For all of this space, the price is great. Clean, well-maintained and many amenities! Tastefully appointed and decorated - extremely comfortable quarters. The owner was hands-on and very pleasant to do business with. The management company was next door - also convenient. Loved it! Teresa and Chandra
