Description of the South Padre Island vacation condo rental

This beautiful new ground floor condo is about 1/2 block to the beach. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath that will sleep 6 people comfortably. The condo has a washer/dryer and designated parking for your convenience. The pool in the back yard is shared by the 4 condos. Stay 7 nights get 2 nights free. Call me if you have any questions special rates going on right now. You will not find a condo in SPI with the inexpensive rates I am offering. Once you stay here you will not want to leave!

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 10 a.m.
Deposits: Due to high season and people cancelling on me at the last second I am requiring full payment on time of booking and will provide you with a receipt. When arriving at the condo the rental agency next door to the condo has the keys, and when you check in with them and pay the cleaning fee they will provide you with the keys.
Other Fees: There is a $60 cleaning fee that is paid when checking in.

Family friendly condo, everything is comfortable you feel like "your home" just bring your groceries and your set.Beach access and stores walking distance. It's a really nice Place pictures dont do it justice its much nicer and bigger you and your family will not be disappointed.I have recommended to friends and family! We will be back!Very happy customer:)
