Great Family Get-Away

We spent five nights in this unit and had a great time. The condo, pool, and all the common areas were very clean, ample parking practically right beside our front door. Our two little girls made good use of the pool and hot-tub, which are right outside this ground floor condo. We ate most meals there as the kitchen is well equipped for vacation cooking. We also enjoyed a cookout by the bay, in the shade of one of the palapas, watching the sunset. We appreciated that our condo owner Cindi checked in with us after we arrived, and again after we left to make sure everything okay. I would stay here again, and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, quiet vacation in South Padre.

We had a great time staying in this condo. Quiet, relaxing, close to the beach, very beautiful bayside area, pet friendly condo with an adult atmosphere which we liked a lot. My husband and I stayed here Memorial Day week and definitely will return. The condo offers everything listed and more (loved having 2 TVs). Good location, quiet, clean, beautiful landscaping, friendly and helpful neighbors. Cindi, the owner, was very understanding and helpful. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Spring time

My wife, 7 y/o son and myself stayed in this condo during spring break 2012. My son and I spend most of our time fishing on the bay, a few minutes from our front door. I do recommend this condo, cozy for the 3 members of our family. Sunsets over the bay. Very nice for 2-4 member families.

We had an amazing trip and great condo. My family and enjoyed the great pool looking over the bay. My husband fished every night till the break i Of dawn and did very well on the trout. Stay here for Labor Day weekend. Nice accommodations. Comfortable unit with easy working kitchen. Layout of condo was great. Boat docks on bay have cleats, cleaning station, hoses to wash boat off. Capt. Drake, the local duck was very friendly. Other neighbors at Condo very helpful. Will definitely stay here again. TV/Cable, wet bar, reading, nice fridge, plenty of kitchen ware and cooking utentsils.

Great condo w/ pool & spa / Bayside w/ boat-slips

This condo exceeded all my expectations during Memorial Day weekend 2010. The condo is small & quaint, but yet has all the amenities one would expect from a larger condo. The condo itself is located on the first floor in front of a large swimming pool. There is a huge dock with two large palapas w/ tables for afternoon bbq's and magnificent sunsets. There are boat-slips for your personal boat and/or jet-ski. This condo will not disappoint you and I am looking forward to renting this unit again.

Condo is awesome. Great location, very clean and spacious and even allowed our dog. Only gripe was the construction going on around the condos. Will visit again for sure.
