This 2BR 1200 sq ft condo complete with full kitchen with all the amenities of home is on the 12th floor of the Pearl in South Padre. Use the hotel's restaurants, newly remodeled exercise room, swim to the bar. Seafood restaurants and palm trees. Fishing, golf nearby. Shopping too. Condo rental $1000/week or $2500/month. Maid service and movie rentals additional charge per use. Fly to the Harlingen or McAllen TX airport. From Harlingen, it's a 40 minute drive, cross the causeway at Port Isabel and then to the Island.
