Description of the South Padre Island vacation condo rental

Steps to the beach, built in 2005, bright open 9’ celling and ceramic tile throughout unit. Sofa turns into a queen-size sleeper, TV, DVD and VHS player. Breakfast table, bar area, kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and disposal, built in microwave hood, granite kitchen counters and pantry. Bedroom has one twin bed, Queen bed and TV. Bathroom has decorative mirrors, towels and ceramic tile on shower wall. Utility closet with stackable washer and dryer. Unit is located upstairs with balcony and covered entry walkway. Pool is surrounded with patio furniture and decorative decking.

Area Information

Condo is close to the beach, shopping area, grocery store, cinema, Blackbeards and The Big Donkey restaurants. Free public transportation.
