There is a Master Bedroom walk-in closet. West Oleander is great neighborhood and being close to the bay provides wonderful sunsets and views. Imagine that you have returned from a full day of golf, tennis, boating, shopping, skiing or any of the activities that south padre island has to offer. It's time to sink into the hot tub jacuzzi and enjoy a spectacular view of the unspoiled nature preserve that surrounds you. Watch the colors change as the sun moves over the horizon. The house has been tastefully designed and decorated to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

The kitchen is fully furnished with all new appliances to meet your cooking needs. The living room has a 42' plasma television, a DVD player, a sofa sleeper for those few extra guests.Great views from the bayside balcony. For any of you lite packers, traveling with small children or whatever your reason a washer and dryer are available in the house.Each bedroom and bathrooms is provided with linens, pillows and towels.
