Quiet & Most Relaxing

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great location and the accomodation was first rate. Lovely to be so close to South Padre, "the action of spring break" etc. while enjoying he quietness and relaxation of the golf course location, wonderful for evening walks. Excellant restaurants within an easy drive. We hope we have the opportunity to return.

This was our first time to the area for our family, and we loved it. Only a few minutes from Port Isabel and South Padre Island, in a quiet and clean neighborhood, and a wonderful home with all the amenities we could think of, we hope to make this our yearly vacation spot. This to us was a home away from home where we felt comfortable and relaxed.

Quiet, clean and comfortable house. Plenty of space to sleep and have quiet, relaxing moments. Better than a small hotel room! Pools were very enjoyable after a day at the beach or the golf course and within easy walking distance. Relatively close to the island (only a 10-15 minute drive). Very reasonably priced for our budget. We'll be back.

Great winter getaway at a price that is very reasonable. They are very fast on taking care of any needs you have but you have the privacy and peace of your own home away from home. We would give this property a very hardy recommendation.

Me and my family went on our first vacation to south prade island.We stayed at this beautiful home. Everything was there we just need our clothes and food. If you every want to have a worry free vacation i would chose this place. Anytime I'm ready to go back this will be the place i will rent to stay and really can't beat the price for what you get. I loved this trip.

Great for Family Vacation

For our summer vacations we usually stay in a hotel room crammed up to save money, but this little house was more than perfect. It had everything you needed. A pool that was just a couple houses away, and a ride to the beach no more than 20 minutes. We loved our 3 day stay and would definitely recommend it. When I go back to South Padre I hope this place is availabe.

Comfy and great for kids

I had read the reviews before I booked this condo and it was exactly as I had expected, clean and comfy with everything you need. There were tons of extra pillows, blankets, and sheets. It was clean. The pool was just a few houses down, which is great for kiddos. the neighborhood was quite and we enjoyed watching the bunnies run over the golf course from our patio in the mornings.

Just what we needed!

Our stay in Nola's beautiful casita was just what we needed as a family! The great set up,( 2 private bathrooms, 2 seperate bedrooms) were perfect for our daughter, a friend, and my husband and I. The house was very well equipped (didn't find dishwasher detergent, so I hand washed!) and we cooked most of our meals there. The new appliances and clean kitchen made it easy! Having a washer and dryer was THE BEST, since we were on the beach daily and had lots of wet, dirty clothes. Our girls enjoyed swimming in the area pool also, after leaving the ocean. Teenage girls like to lay out and tan a lot, so this worked out well! The folks in the Proshop made sure we got checked in without any problems and let us know that there were even discounted Schlitterbahn tickets available if we were interested. We did buy them from the leasing office and saved almost $10/ticket! The area was well maintained and my husband even played a round of golf. The drive to the beach and island was great for us- gave me time to plan what was next and stop by the HEB for groceries. We found Nola especially great to work with. We will rent from her again next time we find ourselves heading to the beach!!

Second year in a row!

This is the second year in a row that we stay in this great Casita. Both experaiance have been fantastic. My family and I love it. The accomodations are great. The night guard on duty gives you a good sence of security. The drive to the beach is not bad at all. I hope we cand get it next year as well. Also a good deal on the water park tickets at the main office.

This house was amazing! It is absolutely adorable and is very clean and comfortable. My entire family stayed here for a week and there is 7 of us. We all had plenty of room and the kids had a great time playing in the back yard and watching other kids fly kites on the green. We went to the island every day, it is too close not to. We had the best time, and not one of us were ready to leave. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The family has agreed that we are definately coming back to stay next year. We didn't make time to use the clubhouse on the golf course but I did go inside and it seemed very nice. We also are not golfers, but it was great staying on the course. You couldn't ask for a more relaxing atmosphere. It was quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend staying in this casita, you will not regret it!

The casita felt like home away from home. I would not think of staying anywhere else when visiting South Padre! It is a perfect location - close enough to enjoy the sandy beaches and events South Padre has to offer, convenient to golf and heated swimming pools, and a relaxing atmosphere! The casita was perfect for our family. The kids had plenty to do when we came home from a busy day and we had a clean, comfortable home to relax in! The owners were so friendly and made the rental experience easy. The casita was clean, furnished, and the perfect location for a vacation get-away! When we come back, I will make sure to book this casita. I hope you enjoy your time in South Padre as much as we did!

Ideal golfing getaway

Stayed here with our four children ranging in ages from 18-6. Everyone slept comfortably, had plenty of room and had a great time. Location to the Island and beach was convenient. Pool within walking distance. Golfing was great for my husband to work with my son and teach him the game. Lovely home with all the amenities. Would have liked to stay longer. Will be back.

The casita is so comfortable, clean and cute..... all we really needed was food and our personal items. Everything else was provided by the owners, ...who by the way are very nice, understanding and easy to communicate with.... I originally wanted the house for 2 nights... at the last minute asked for a 4th night...we were that happy with our stay. It is in a great location - wish we could have brought our golf clubs. You're right at SPI Golf Course, can use the club's swimming pools and you're about 10 minutes from the Island. On our next visit this is going to be in our must haves list.

I loved, loved loved it!!!! the house was exactlly like the picture, something i was really scared of. The community was really quiet and peaceful and my toddlers felt right at home. We loved it so much that we're already planning our second trip. :)

We had an awesome time here! It was beautiful and very comfortable. The bed was firm and we slept wonderful. Everything was provided that we needed. The cleaning fee is VERY reasonable considering we didn't have to do anything (including the dishes) before we left! There is a single car garage. The golf course was 9 holes and you can just walk out the back door and start golfing for free (it is not the same course as the one the clubhouse runs). You need to drive 2-3 miles to get to the stores in nearby Port Isabel. There is a park a couple minutes away for kids to play at. It looked like there might be beach access as well. We will definately be calling again if we decide to come back and have told our friends about it as well!!
