Only 10 minutes from South Padre Island, this 2-bedroom/2-bathroom Casita is located on the 3rd hole of the championship golf course. The unit sleeps up to six and has all of the necessities and amenities that you will need for a relaxing vacation. All you need to bring is your toothbrush!

We had a great stay at #59 Augusta West at Laguna Vista. It was a very nice property with everything we needed on hand except we could not get the internet access to work. Would have loved to have a screened in porch. The washer stopped working a week into our stay, but the owner ordered a new one and we had it delivered the next week. We love Laguna Vista and had beautiful weather while we were there (but the wind is ferocious sometimes!). It's within 10 minutes to Padre Island which makes it very nice. All in all it was a great home away from home for a month. Thanks!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. The home was in a great location. We didn't have to drive far to the beach, stores, or restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, which was a plus. The kitchen was equipped with the items needed to enjoy a home-cooked meal so we saved money by not having to eat out every night. We had a great time. We have been to La Jolla beach in San Diego, Miami Beach and South Beach in Florida, yet San Padre Island has been the best beach vacation for our family.

Home away from home!

We just returned from a 5 day stay at SPI and had a wonderful time! The condo had all of the comforts of home...away from home. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary equipment and having the full size washer/dryer was nice. Our three children shared the 2nd bedroom and it worked out perfect since there is a trundle bed under one of the twin beds. They also loved having the grassy area off the back porch to run around on and they even found a few crabs! Thanks Bruce and Tracy for having such a nice/comfortable/affordable place to stay at SPI. We will definately be back next year!

The house is in a quiet new heighborhood, nice kitchen. A community pool is about 200-300 meters from the house. A one mile loop to walk, which is great except the mosquitos. 9 miles from South Padre Island, with easy access. Close enough to enjoy all of the fun and far enough away to have some quiet time. The house is on a golf course, I don't golf so I can't evaluate it, but renting the house does give you access to the course.

The place is absolutely to die for! It has everything you need including an amazing sunrise of the 3rd hole on the course. Peace and serenity and just the perfect mix of a passionate breeze! We really couldn't ask for more. All the amenities anyone could ask for plus lovely decor. This is your place to stay if you're coming to South Padre, it's just a quick hop across the bridge and you're on the beach! Perfect, golfer-beach lover combo.

Beautiful Casita

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. The Casita was comfortable and spacious. The area is quiet and peaceful. We had a beautiful sunrise that was picture worthy. We look forward to staying there again. We plan to tell all our family and friends about the casita and the golf club.

The vacation home was very clean and comfortable. Nice quiet and safe golf course, very nice view with ammenities. Less than a 10minute drive to the beach, Schlitterbahn and shopping. Highly recommend this rentalamd look forward to renting it again.
