Description of the South Padre Island vacation villa rental

Beautiful new villa built in 2008 in the most exclusive subdivision of Laguna Vista minutes away from South Padre Island.
The house was designed to have all amenities in one floor and a relaxing game room in a second floor overlooking the Laguna Madre. The house has five bedrooms divided in two sections. The first section has two rooms, the master bedroom and the girls room. The second section has a master bedroom, a boys bedroom and a guest bedroom.
Section 1 Master bedroom has a beatifull kingsize bed, two sofas with a coffe table and a 42" plasma TV perfectly hung from the wall across the bed.
The girls room has a doble bed and a private full bath.
Section 2. Master bedroom has a king size and a 42" plasma TV with a full bathroom. The boys room has 2 bunk beds and the guest room has a queen bed both share a full bathroom.
Game room in the second floor has 2 sofa beds that sleep 4 with a 42" plasma tv and a 1/2 bath.
The living room has a 60" TV with sound system and a full bar beatifully decorated.
Outside the patio has an 8 people jacussi, it is fully equiped with tables and chairs and of course a gas grille. There is a 1/2 bath outside for your convinience.
The house has a Security Alarm System

Paradise cove is an exclusive gated subdivision close to the SPI golf curse and right on the water edge of the laguna madre.
The house is located across the street from the recently finished state of the art community center that includes a beautifull swimming pool, gazebo, gym, libary, etc.
There is a butterfly garden located inside the subdivision and a gazebo that overlooks all of South Padre Island.
Security is very well manage in the subdivision with constant police rounds.
The South Padre Island golf course is less the 3 miles away for the property and it is the only golf club in the area. There are tennis courts and many other amenities. (additional Fees applied
