Description of the South Thomaston vacation home rental
The lower floor has open area of living room, kitchen,and
dining area. The Master bedroom suite on lower floor has a double adjustable Tempurpedic bed, an electric recliner, large flat HD TV, and large bathroom with separate tub and shower. Lower level has all mahogany floors oriental rugs,and half bath and laundry.
Upper level has 4 bedrooms (king, queen, 2 sets of bunks, a nursery, and a den with a TV and games and toys.
Area Information
far enough away from the summer hubbub of Rockland.
Five miles away are: Rockland with the Farnsworth museum and Wyeth building, shopping, schooners, unbelievable restaurants, Owls Head transportation Museum with aerobatic airplane shows, and swimming and kayaks at your doorstep.

Excellent for my 90 year old mother. She was extremely comfortable! Great for our extended family. Enough space to get away in a quiet room upstairs and large enough for us all to eat together and be together in living room. Ideal location for mid-coast activities.
Some sunny, warm days. Weather was fine for all our activities. Loved sitting looking through trees out to the cove.

We traveled here from North Carolina, Arkansas & Colorado and had a wonderful week. This house was very comfortable for us and the TV room upstairs was perfect for the 3 kids.
Visited the lighthouses, children's museum, Owls Head Transportation Museum, Mount Battie, sailed on Morning in Maine, and went to LL Bean and Freeport. Perfect weather mid 70's, lots of sunshine. Thank you for sharing your home.
