Description of the South Yarmouth vacation condo rental

This is our home away from home. It's has been created and designed as our own vacation getaway, however we do not have enough vacation days, so we decided to invite guests using this site. The place is quiet, of the main road and great for your family / couple getaway. We provide everything you need to have a great vacation, so bring your beach towels and smiles.

GREAT CONDO for weekly rental: 2 bedroom / 2 full bathrooms(showers), living room, full kitchen. Sleeps 4-5 (1 queen, 2 twin). 2 twin can be combined into 1 king size bed, if needed. There is always an option for a toddler via air bed.

- Newly updated: kitchen, bathrooms, carpets, paint, all new furniture,mattresses,linens, towels, etc.
- Free high-speed internet and flat screen TV with HBO package.
- High ceilings, very sunny
- Balcony in the master bedroom
- Less than 1/2 mile to the beach (7 minute walk)
- Barbecue grill with utensils.

Area Information

Located in South Yarmouth, MA on the south side of the Cape within short walking distance of the beach.
Quiet, family oriented location.
Walking distance to a famous Skipper restaurant: visit their site from more info: skipper-restaurant, playground (right across it), minigolf. 5-10 minute drive to many activities: zooquarium, Cape Cod mall, movie theater and huge variety of restaurants and seafood places. Great fishing right on the bass river - 5 min walk. 10 min away is Hyannis with its night clubs and dancing.

After many visits to Cape Cod this stay was a pleasant surprise. Nice superb accommodations. Clean and cozy. Great Mid-Cape location very close to all parts of Cape Cod. Nice family oriented area, peaceful & quiet. Very short walk to the fine beaches (less than 5 minutes).We tend to take the car as the public beach parking was free (but you have to get there before 10am to get the spot). We didn't need to worry about packing towels and linens as they were provided for us (very nice touch). The condo is located close to Rt. 28 and Rt. 6A so there are many shops and fine restaurants to visit. This condo has all the comforts of home. Just bring your beach towels, chairs and enjoy your stay. We would definitely vacation there again! We love it!!! Thank you Alex and Mariya for being a wonderful hosts. Rod, Rita & Daniel.

This was or 11th and one of the best visits to the Cape. The condo in very clean, cozy and close to the beach. All of our favorite restaurants and activities for the kids are close by as well. Wonderful vacation!

My two friends and I spend a week on the Cape. The apartment was perfect for three of us and we had a Guest on the weekend also! The apartment was comfortable and clean with enough towels and dishes. We walked to the beach in the morning before our breakfast ! Enjoyed restaurants near by, explored The Cape! All in all it was a wonderful experience! Definitely want to come back next year!!! A beautiful vacation!!!

I recently stayed in this home with my mom and two young nephews (8 and 2). The home was perfect for the four of us and in a quiet location. We had a short walk to the beach, but was something we could all handle, even the 2-year-old! The house was located to many wonderful attractions and great restaurants...LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the seafood! There were many things to keep us busy throughout our stay. We rode a train around the Cape, went whale watching, mini golf, rode the duckmobiles, watched the Cape Cod league baseball, visited Hyannis Port by boat, and MUCH MUCH more. The house was kept VERY clean and it was wonderful to not have to worry about towels and certain ammenities! We would come back in a heartbeat. The Cape was beautiful. The owners kept wonderful contact with us and were easy to work with. We thank them greatly for their hospitality and opening their home away from home to us!

We stayed in this condo with our 2 year old son. The location is great -- very close, walkable to the beach. The condo is clean and renovated, all kitchen stuff was there so we could cook our food. The owners were nice.

We, two couples, enjoyed very much our stay in this place. It is newly renovated with new furniture and has all we needed. We just walked to the nearest beach, which is the best, in our opinion, compared to what we saw in proximity: it is warm, calm, and has just traces of weed.

A:Our place is within 5-7 min walking distance from the beach. If you are with small kids it may take 10 min.

Q:Do you include sheets and linens?

A:Yes, we provide fresh towels, linens, and everything else you may need. We ask you to bring your own beach towels and smiles :)

Q:Do you provide Internet /TV?

A:Yes, we provide fast internet and TV with movie channels from major network provider.

Q:Do we allow pets?

A:Unfortunately we cannot allow pets. While we love pets ourselves we cannot know if our future guests are allergic to the animals so we do not allow pets.
