Renters' insurance is recommended.

Other Fees: Security/cleaning fee of $250 is required with final payment. This fee is fully refundable if the condo is swept clean, free of trash and undamaged upon inspection after departure. ~ Refunds are made within 14 days of inspection.~~ .
