Description of the South Yarmouth vacation cottage rental

Six-minute walk to Parker's River Beach (Nantucket Sound).
Economical Vacation choice: Cape Cod is within a one-day’s drive of 40% of the United States!
Two Bedroom cottage, livingroom with pull-out couch, sleeps 6 people, renovated kitchen with breakfast knook, hardwood floors, new refrigerator, new stove (May '09) portable A/C, fans, new 40 gal hot water tank, screened porch, outdoor patio with grill and picnic table. 4/10 mile to beach (warm waters), 3/10 mile from Route 28 commercial area and restaurants. Cable TV and Internet. Large yard with volleyball. Biking on Rail Trail begins 10 minutes away by car. The Skipper restaurant by the water is only a few minutes’ walk. 25 minutes to National Seashore by car. Smoking allowed outdoors or on porch only, please. Sorry, no pets. Limited to six person occupancy (including kids.) Saturday to Saturday rental, Summer, Spring and Fall only. Secure your dates by sending a non-refundable deposit of half of the rental amount. $200.00 security deposit required. Fall weekends possible as well.

Area Information

Antique shops, restaurants, miniature golf, sports center, and shopping are all nearby on Route 28. Close to Parker's River and Bass River. Good area for biking and walking.

A cozy and charming cottage!

This cottage is conveniently located on the Cape, making it easy to visit all the different sights! A charming walk through a quiet neighbourhood, leads to a nice beach, with play structures for the kids. The cottage was cozy and allowed for relaxing moments in the hammoc and screened porch. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

A perfect week in every way! Mark, Tracy, and Dax Trial were here --- also Tracy's dad, Jack. All from Western Mass. This was Dax's first summer [of life!] and many wonderful memories were made.

We enjoyed our stay here on the Cape. Thanks for the house this week, look forward to visiting again next year. Weather was great, not too hot and the roads were clear, not much traffic. We got around to see a lot. Well, best wishes ... Brian & Cindy.
