Really enjoyed staying in this house. It fit all our needs just perfectly. There were 4 families and we each had enough personal space. Loved the proximity to the beach, the outdoor shower, the games in the basement, and just creating wonderful family memories. Thanks again, can't wait til next year!

Perfect for families!

This lovely house has every comfort and is located in a peaceful setting. It's ideal for a family gathering. It's also set up to give plenty of private space. We went with our two grown daughters, our son and daughter-in-law, and our 3-yr. old granddaughter, and there was room to spare. For ex., our granddaughter could watch Dora the Explorer upstairs in her room with her mom, while our other daughter worked in the apt. on her music composition and our son and his wife worked in the living room on their laptops. The beach, which is 2 blocks away, is beautiful--we took long walks every morning and evening. There's a delightful beach playground nearby too. If you're new to the Cape, this central location on Nantucket Sound is ideal as a base for exploring all of Cape Cod.

This property is fantastic! The family has gone to great lengths to make you feel right at home and they are wonderful people. It is roomy, yet cozy; has all the comforts of home and is located close the beaches and anything else you could ask for. We would definitely stay again, and again and again!
