This house is a place for family & friends to gather, relax and have fun! It is located in the heart of Cape Cod, within walking distance of all the conveniences that Cape Cod has to offer.

A lakefront beach just 0.6 miles away is a great spot for kids, and several Nantucket Sound ocean beaches are within 5 minutes by car. The Bass River Golf Course is less than 3 minutes away, while a privately deeded access area is the perfect launch point for any canoeing or kayaking along the beautiful Bass River.

3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds will comfortably accommodate 8. A sleeping sofa will accommodate 2 people. With 3 baths, a big living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a formal dinning room, a breakfast nook, and a large family room with plenty of books for quiet reading, and games for fun, this house is suited for both relaxation and excitement!

The house is newly renovated with central air condition, a new bath with Jacuzzi, hardwood floor in every room.

Summer on Cape Cod! Enjoy swimming, golfing, fishing and boating under the dazzling sun. This lovely vacation home is located in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood. Far from the loud hustle and bustle, it is still convenient to virtually everything. More than 10 of the Cape's best beaches, fishing, kayaking, and boating spots, shopping areas, and restaurants are within 10 miles.

Historical museums, the Aquarium, Whale watches, the Cape Cod Rail System for biking & hiking, and lots of kid's activities are also easily accessible.

The Yarmouth-Dennis Regional High School is in walking distance for those who love the free Cape Cod Baseball League during the summer (early June to the mid- August). Ferries to the beautiful Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are a 15-minute drive, while historic Chatham, Providence town, Wellfleet, the Cape Cod National Seashore, are a 30 min drive.

Great house, responsive owners, will rent again!

I was looking for a house for a group of 10 and found this beautiful house right in the middle of cape cod. Everything about this house was great! Top three reasons why I would rent again: 1. Great Owners - The owners Suzhen & Ling are so great and responsive. They made sure to answer every question I had about the house and did it in a prompt matter. As soon as I emailed them, Suzhen always gave me a quick reply and a call back. They are definitely one of the more reliable owners down in Cape Cod. 2. Location - The location of the house was amazing. Bass River (really great fishing/crabbing area) was the next street over and was so close to the beaches and tons of activities. My group went mini-golfing a number of times (there was Putter's Paradise, Bass Rivers Sports, Pirates Cove) and there were many local grocery stores nearby so we never ran out of food. Did I mention the numerous amount of great restaurants right around the corner? 3. House - The house was beautiful and the beds were all super comfy. All 10 of us slept wonderfully and felt very much at home. There was a number of books and magazines to read and a great big HDTV that we all enjoyed watching from. The bathrooms were all very clean and worked perfectly and the house did not have a bad smell to it (like some houses do). Due to these reasons and more, I would definitely recommend you renting this house for a get together. The house was big enough for all of us to feel comfortable in. This is a charming house and it was perfect for our reunion. It slept all ten of us comfortably and the ranch-style fit our needs impeccably. It has an old New England ambience to it which made our stay all the more genuine. And it's location could not have been better. Nothing was more than a two minute drive away. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a rental in Cape Cod!
