Still available whole month AUG 17K. or take Aug thru Labor Day at a special price of 19K
Feel free to inquire for stays (min 3 nites)in other months off season.
There is a 3 Nite Minimum**** (off season)
Find your great escape in Southampton. Fully Furnished, Reasonable Rates. Easy to get to!!! Walk 3 short blocks to this home, from train or Jitney stop(10-minute walk). Walkable to many restaurants, bars and SCHMIDT'S Farm Stand/Butcher!!!
Your own private heated pool, huge backyard with brick patio. This property is in the village not 20 minutes drive to it. Large corner property, large front, side and backyard.
This house is not suitable for shares among the young 20's set, or for large parties. 5-7 adults maximum!!!!

Southampton Village is a world renowned vacation destination with many miles of beautiful sandy beaches. Geographically, it is on the southfork, of the eastern part of Long Island.
It has a beautiful and quaint center with many fine dining establishments, shops, art galleries. Places to go Boating and Fishing. There are an abundance of Farmstands with just picked, ripe, fresh crops (especially the sweet corn). The VINEYARDS and WINERIES...THE SHOPPING!!!!!!!
The fresh air with that refreshing ocean breeze that cools the hot nites.
Come enjoy, and escape the routine!!!!!! There is so much to do or come and do absolutely nothing!!!!

Deposits: SEC DEPOSIT REQUIRED House Cleaning fee additional $100.00. Pet Deposit- (non-refundable) and subject to owner approval. Utility Deposit variiable to length of stay, time of year and with ameneties requested, IE: trash, pool upkeep TV,internet phone.
Other Fees: On month or more stays you are required to pay all expenses of the house. Electric, water, garbage disposal, lawn and pool upkeep, TV, Internet, telephone etc.

Wonderful Place to Get Away, August 25, 2008

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful experience. The owners were very nice and helpful, great neighborhood. Neighbors were very nice. Absolutely the best location, and very quiet. We love to walk and you can really walk to everything. Would stay again, the price was reasonable, and worth every penny!!

Terri Her sister in law and their kids stayed for a week and loved the house and it's location. The kids enjoyed themselves and the Mom's relaxed in a place a little less hectic than home.

Our guests love our small but very spacious home. It has an all on one level, walk to everything convenience. All the amenities you would need for a very comfortable stay. The backyard is enclosed with a very generous patio for intimate as well as elaborate get togethers with family and friends. You will love your stay at our vacation home!!
