I’m a native New Yorker and have been going to the Hamptons since I was a kid. For over 15 years, I’ve rented summer houses all over the Hamptons, Fire Island, Long Beach, Sea Girt, NJ, Newport, RI and ski houses in Hunter, NY and Mt. Snow, VT. I’ve always been “that person” who did the research, signed the lease, collected the money and then planned our days and nights. So, when it came time to purchase an investment property, I knew exactly where to buy.
I’ve made the house very renter friendly, because I know what it’s like to walk into a strange house only to find out that it’s not all that I had expected. Hence, you won’t be disappointed, as everything I’ve included on my listing is accurate.

Our entire extended family stayed here for one week. The house was large enough to accomodate all of us. The pool was wonderful! We enjoyed the hottub, volleyball courts, and basketball courts. Excellent location! We did not have to get involved in all that Hampton traffic. The caretaker was thoughtful and accomodating!
