Located in the Shinnecock Hills section of Southampton, Long Island, New York, high on top of a hill, this beautiful, massive 5,000 square foot Post-Modern Victorian House is perfect for those looking to accommodate a variety of people.

The house has 7 bedroom and 5.5 bathrooms along with a PRIVATE LOFT apartment accessed via an EXTERIOR staircase all situated on a corner 1.5 acre fenced-in lot and on a dead-end road.

Comfortably decorated in Hampton's shabby-chic, there are 2 adjoining areas for dining, 2 places to watch TV, 4 decks, a large kitchen, a huge storage freezer and spare fridge in the basement, a fabulous BBQ stone patio w/a charcoal grill, pool, full basketball court, hot tub and a wrap-around covered porch.

WE are a LEGAL RENTAL Property: Please be informed that our home is 100% up-to-code and in compliance. We possess a VALID Rental Permit issued by the Town of SH. A new town law requires that all rental properties obtain this permit and to-date, only 15% of Hamptons homes (from Westhampton to Bridgehampton/Sag Harbor/WaterMill and every town inbetween) possess this permit. Beware of illegal rentals and bad landlords!
Area Information
BEACH LOVERS:

Only 8 minutes away from Cooper's Beach ranked # 3 by Mr. Beach in 2008. This beach is located in the Village of Southampton so you’ll pass all the mega-mansions. The beach is literally about 20+ houses away from Calvin Klein’s beachfront property. Daily rate is $40.00 to park.

FAMILY BEACH:

Suffolk County State Park, Meschutt Park is located on the Peconic Bay. Ideal for families with small kids because you park and literally walk a few feet to the beach. There’s a life guard on duty and an area that is roped off. The beach is very long but narrow, so you can keep an eye on the small ones. There's a concession stand called the Beach Hut with daily specials, including frozen alcoholic drinks for adults. You can sit on the deck and look out and watch the kids. Literally, only 3 minutes away, no traffic, $8 a day to park, and no rough waves.

WATERFRONT DINING

Only 5 minutes to the Shinnecock Canal for dining at Tide Runners. Edgewaters, Lobster Inn, Rumba or Cow Fish. Only 15 minutes to Oaklands and Dockers for Dune Road restaurants located across from the ocean.

SHOPPING

Only 10 minutes to the Village of Southampton for shopping and additional dining options.

Only 20 minutes away from Tanger's Outlet Mall in Riverhead.

Wonderful!

Our entire extended family stayed here for one week. The house was large enough to accomodate all of us. The pool was wonderful! We enjoyed the hottub, volleyball courts, and basketball courts. Excellent location! We did not have to get involved in all that Hampton traffic. The caretaker was thoughtful and accomodating!
