3 Studio Suite Units are located at this property. Each accommodation is uniquely decorated & equipped with all the comforts of home. Accommodations are suitable for individuals who are relocating & needing short term accommodations, guest workers or persons new to Bermuda, or tourist accommodations.

All accommodations are available to non-smokers.

Unit#1 'Loquat Garden' has a full size kitchen
Unit#2 'Harbor View' has a kitchenette (stove, sink & fridge unit)
Unit#3 'Pompano Flats' No kitchen

Each unit has its own private Patio with a table & chairs which is conveniently located just outside of your entrance.

You are however required to bring your own beach towels.
No TAXES or additional fees are added.

OVERSIZED STUDIO SUITE ~ Unit #1 "Loquat Garden" Wheelchair accessible. Desk & chair.
This unit is suitable for a couple or a family of 2 adults & 2 children.
$150.00 per day double occupancy.
$25.00 extra for each additional person.

Unit #2 'Harbor View'
Sleeps up to 3 people. Approx: 300 sq ft. Equipped with a kitchenette & food preparation counter. King bed or 2 single beds. Additional bed can be added. 2 Wicker & Leather chairs, 2 coffee tables
$140.00 per day double occupancy
$25.00 extra for additional person.

Unit #3 'Pompano Flats'
Sleeps up to 2 people. Double bed.
$130.00 per day double occupancy

For outdoor enjoyment you can relax in either the frontyard or backyard. There is a Private Patio & BBQ, lounge chairs in a private fenced garden setting.
Cleaning Service available upon request at additional cost.

Located in Southampton nestled on a hill surrounded by Port Royal Golf Club and near Pompano Beach Club, in a tranquil setting with breathtaking views of the Great Sound, South Shore and views of Pompano Flat's. We are within walking distance to the Port Royal Golf Club who are host to the PGA Grand Slam October 19th to 21st 2009.

These Studio Suites are only about a 7 minute walk away to bus stops & easily accessible to Rockaway Ferry which is about a 25 minute walk or the courtesy shuttle will transport you there.

Restaurants; Pompano Beach Club, Traditions Restaurant,
Grocery & Convenience stores: Port Royal Gas Station & convenience store, Maxi Mart Grocery store
Attractions: Railway Trail & Whale Bay Beach & Fort, Somerset Bridge (smallest bridge in the Western Hemisphere) Post Office & Robinson's Marina are all within walking distance or the Mini Bus will transport you.

We are a 10 minute ride to Dockyard & Maritime Museum as is The Reefs Hotel, Fairmont Southampton Princess Hotel & Golf Club, Gibb's Hill Lighthouse, Riddle's Bay Golf, Church Bay Beach & Horseshoe Bay Beach. 15 minute drive to Belmont Golf Course & Blu Restaurant. 30 minute drive to shopping in the City of Hamilton.

The Bermuda Aquarium & Zoo are about a 30 minute ride and Crystal Caves & Swizzle Inn is about a 37 minute drive away.The L.F. Wade International Airport is about a 40 minute drive, located approximately 15 miles away in St. George's.

Upon your arrival, we recommend that you ask the Taxi driver to take you to a grocery store to allow you to pick up a few items to save you the time and bother to go later on.

Cancellations will forfeit your deposit to enable us to cover basic booking costs. RATES: April to November $140.00 per day for 2 November to April $110.00 per day for 2 $25.00 for each additional person. Weekly or Monthly rates available upon request.
   
• Other Fees: $125.00 Breakage is paid upon or prior to arrival to cover any damages or breakage and is refundable prior to departure. $25.00 Telephone Charge. Phone card will be required to enable you to make long distance calls. We add no Government or Lodging taxes or fees to your costs.
