Description of the Southern Shores vacation home rental

You will spend "prime time" at this family friendly and pet friendly oceanside cottage. Direct street access to beach with no roads to cross. Two decks (one for sun, one for shade) with seating, hammock, and swing. Traffic light at Thirteenth Ave. allows easy in-out, even on heavy traffic days. Adjacent bike path for walking or biking through Southern Shores or to Duck. Soak your cares away in our outdoor hot tub. Only 340 yards to beach and we offer a beach cart and lil' red wagon for your convenience.
Level 1: 4 BR (3 w/Q, 1 w/bunk set w/trundle, rollaway), 2 baths (1 w/whirlpool tub), covered furnished deck w hot tub .
Level 2: Kitchen w breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, great room, reading alcove off living area w trundle daybed, board games, ½ bath, cable TV, DVD/VCR player, I-POD dock/radio, data port phone, gas log stove, furnished screened porch, open deck.
Amenities include: sheets and towels provided,underhouse parking, enclosed outdoor shower, ½ bath on ground level, washer/dryer, entry ramp to first floor, PRIVATE POOL 12 x 27 (5/3-9/27), OUTDOOR HOT TUB for 5, free HS Internet access, 5 color CATVs, baby equipment (booster seat, high chair, safety gate, pack n play), gas BBQ, b-ball goal, bikes, horseshoe pit, fish cleaning station, beach chairs & umbrella, SSCA tennis privileges. Direct street access to beach-no roads to cross, 340 yards to beach path. Signal light at Duck Road makes it easy to exit for errands, etc.
