Come stay with your family and friends in our fully furnished Southold Beach Cottage.
We have rights to the Private beach of Founders landing.
It is available for rental for Monthly Rentals. Winter or summer season. Also available for the upcoming the holidays.

Deck for table and chairs and BBQ
House sleeps 5 very comfortable.

| Deposits: 75% of stay amount is required to hold the dates that you need for your stay. The rest is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. If you are looking at this property later than the 2 weeks, 100% is due immediately. We will take all forms of payment including credit card. | ||||||

| Other Fees: All fees are due paind in full 48 hours from booking/signing agreement. Renters must decide if they want to restore the home to pre-rental condition. Any cleaning left undone is deducted from your security at a rate of $25 per cleaning hour. It will usually take between 4 - 5 hours to get the home in pre-rental condition, depending on the amount of towels and linens used. OR One time cleaning fee will be charged. Amount varies on length of stay. All returning renters will receive a 10% discount to this charge. | ||||||

Full kitchen has everything you would need to make a delicious meal.
The living room is very comfy to curl up and read a good book in. The Basement has new Washer / dryer
House sleeps 5 very comfortable.
Great location, Walk to the water, Golf, and local restaurants. Short drive to Greenport (5 mins) and / or Orient Point Ferry (10 mins).
We recently did many new updates to the house, including New wood floors New updates to the 2nd bathroom, and painted almost all the rooms in the house. Please e-mail me to see many more photos.
Our immaculate house is located on a very private road that leads right down to your very own water view. Great for a nice walk.
