Description of the Southold vacation home rental
Our beautiful house is located on a over an acre of private property, a short walk to McCabe's Beach on the Long Island Sound.
The house is comfortably furnished, all hardwood floors, ceiling fans and air conditioned bedrooms.
First bedroom has a quuen size bed and cable TV. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and pull out queen size sleeper sofa, and the third bedroom has 2 twin size beds
The livingroom has a wood burning stove. The large family room has a high wooden ceiling with ceiling fan, fireplace and wet bar, futon, cable TV, VCR, DVD, movies, game system, board games. Large eat in kitchen with all appliances including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc....Both kitchen and family room have doors leading out to a deck with deck furniture and a gas grill. Laundry room is in the basement. Lawn care provided. Plenty of room for volleyball, badmitton, crochet, soccer, shooting hoops.
Cooking and eating utensils provided, as well as linens and towels.
No smoking indoors.

It's the perfect place to relax and take in the North Fork's pristine beaches, award-winning wineries, antique shops, art galleries, and many many other attractions including the U.S.'s 6th largest water park.
The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and biking. Also close by are golf courses, miniature golf, fishing, sailing, restaurants, cinemas, pumpkin picking and farm stands.
Come for the weekend and visit all the local wineries without the worry of a long drive home.

Great place and very reliable landlord

The place was perfect for a nice weekend getaway. We were 3 couples. The 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths were adequate for us. The amenities were great too (two swings, gas-bbq grill, big deck, cable tv, wifi etc). The location was just perfect, 2-min walk to the beach, and a few minutes drive to a lot of wineries. There were no issues with the transaction (rent + deposit). I would definitely go there again!!!
