Beautiful 4 Bedroom 6 Bathroom Sea Captains home within an ocean front compound in the prestigious Clark Point Road neighborhood. The beautifully landscaped grounds overlook a working harbor. Watch the lobsterman come in and out of port with their catch. You have full use and access of the shared ocean frontage and pier. Go right down to the water and collect sea shells or walk out onto the long wooden
pier to get a closer look at the lobster boats. Kayak also available for your use. House is within easy walking distance of the village where you can enjoy restaurants and shops. Also within walking distance of the local Oceanarium great for kids and adults.
This fantastic stately house offers a huge traditional covered porch overlooking the neighborhood and decks in the back offer a perfect spot for enjoying the view of the harbor. There are decks off both the first and second floors. Washer/Dryer available in basement.
FIRST FLOOR has two Living Rooms that open out to the decks with water views. They both have full baths, couches, chairs, fireplaces, and TVs. Then there is a 17x11 Kitchen/Dining room with a fireplace. There is also 1 bedroom with full bath.
SECOND FLOOR has three bedrooms all with fireplaces. One BR has a full bath and opens out to a deck with water views and the other two have 3/4 baths(with shower). There is also a kitchen/dining room. Both kitchens are fully applianced and linens are provided.
This is a terrific opportunity to stay in a large stately home on the ocean and blend in with the locals, while still on the same island as the tourist meca Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Enjoy the best of both worlds!
