It is luxurious, a modern, nicely furnished fully equipped apartment with: Internet, 2 air conditioning, 3 TV/SAT, DVD, Video, HiFi, washing and dishwashing machine, area 80 m2 , consisting of: 2 separate bedrooms, 2 separate living-rooms, dinning room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, suitabe 2-4 persons.

Apartment has beautiful illuminant garden - 140 m2, with '1001 flowers when guests can enjoy in Dalmatian atmosphere and silence, where we have garden furnished, deck chairs, beach umbrella, pond with small fish, fireplace. It has private garage for 2 cars.

Apartment located in the touristic part of Split.

The location of apartment is really excellent close to the beach, marina, tennis courts, popular restaurants, caffee bars where visitors can enjoy closeness of the sea, swim in crystal celear sea, plenty of sun, recreation, sport.
There, you will find everithing you can think of: shops, bank, post-office, hospital, museums, teatre.

The apartments is 10 minutes from top centre of the city, Diocletian palace, harbour, bus, train station and avio-terminal.
