Starting May, 2009 through October, 2009 2br, full sized bedrooms, 2 bath, Beautiful home right on 75 feet of level gradual private sandy beach on Deer Lake, Wa as seen in lower picture, boat launch on property. SLEEPS 8. Large dock. NO STAIRS TO BEACH. Hot tub on deck overlooking lake. Completely furnished with linens, small appliances, dishes, pots and pans, all kitchen utensils open floor plan, 1200 square feet, Terrific Sunset views every night. Large kitchen with self cleaning double oven range, stainless side by side refrigerator with ice and water in door, air conditioner, new stainless dishwasher, full sized washer and dryer, new carpet, vinyl and tile. cable tv, dvd player and local phone, firepit on the beach, small livingston sail/fishing boat, paddle boat, Double remote ceiling fans. No pets or inside smoking. Just 25 minutes north of North Spokane and 14 minutes from Deer Park, Wa. Monday to Sunday rental $995.00 weekly MAY,JUNE,SEPTEMBER and OCTOBER weekly
or $185 daily, 3 day minimum $500 deposit. Sorry all of July and August are rented this year. I do have an album of other pictures available. Address is actually Loon Lake, but is on Deer Lake. You can mapquest the exact location.
