Lake front home built in 2005 in Newman Lake, Spokane Washington State. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge family room. 2 decks, hot tub, all appliances including a front load washer and dryer. The beach has an EZ dock for a boat and 2 jet skiis. The rental includes 2 picnic tables on the beach, Paddle boat, row boat, trampoline, hamock and a fire pit. This is a beautiful spot for the best family get away. All you need to do is bring your food and have a great time. The house has cable TV in every room, phone, stereo, DVD/VCR and games, as well as a security system. Lots of parking. $200/night minimum 3 nights.

Secluded with lots of trees. 10 miles from major grocery stores and restuarants. 15 miles to a large shopping mall and movie theatres. 6 miles from the nearest highway.
