Come and enjoy the privacy of your own WATERFRONT home on your private beachfront. We have six homes to chose from. Most of them include: PRIVACY-SANDY BEACHFRONTS-HOT TUBS-PRIVATE BOAT DOCKS-LARGE GRASSY YARDS

BENDERS: "Benders Moosehorn Lodge" offers great privacy with that rustic feel. Enjoy gorgeous lake views through the large picture windows, a private boat dock, a large grassy yard and a sandy beachfront---perfect for kids. Enjoy 2 Queen beds, a Full bed, 3 Twin beds and a guest cabin. (One Queen bed is in their RV) Sleeps 12
Rate: $300/night or $2,000/week
BUNGALOW: "Sheckler's Bungalow On The Bay" brings that rustic cabin feel with all the modern amenities of a great vacation home. Sitting on one of the most private beachfronts, you will enjoy a nice, flat grassy lot down to the waters edge. All appliances are newer, the private boat dock offers great sun exposure from 10 am to 7 pm, and the flat yard is perfect for kids. Enjoy the most comfortable double pillow top Queen bed in the master bedroom, an additional Queen bed in the second room and and full size beds and futons throughout. Sleeps 10. (Inquire if you have more people, we might be able to accommodate you)

ROCKTAIL: "Rocktail on the point" is about as private as waterfront homes get. Enjoy incredible views from the kitchen, master bedroom and the kids retreat. Enjoy 2.5 bathrooms and each bedroom is very unique and charming. Hot tub as the sun sets while taking in the great views. Beds include: 2 queens, 1 full, 5 twins. Sleeps 12+
Rate: $3,500/week (Booked until August 2) Ask about nightly rates.
ROCKLETTE: "Rocklette just off the point" offers great space for kids. Three loft areas for all to enjoy. Sitting just above the water, this private home offers great views and morning sun exposure. You will enjoy the two master suites with their own bathrooms. Beds include 2 Queens and 2 lofts for kids. Sleeps: 4+ Adults and several kids
Rate: $2,500/week ***Available now*** Nightly rates, too.
SHECKLER'S: "Sheckler's On The Lake" sits on the right side of the lake! Enjoy the most gorgeous sunsets Washington has to offer. This home is brand new and offers 2 master suites (1 King, 1 Queen) and the 3rd bedroom offers a 12" Novafoam mattress, futons in the living room and 2 private cabins...all on a sandy beachfront. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen complete with a flat screen TV and much, much more! Rate: $500/night or $3,500/week (Booked until August 24)
All properties require a $1,000 fully refundable damage deposit. Please add 7.6% WA sales tax and 2% lodging tax.

Bring your boat and jet skis and enjoy the CLEAN and WARM waters of Diamond Lake. Some properties even have room for tents and RV's, too, please ask if you plan to bring them.

Our home has all the necessities for a family gathering. We have griddles, a port-a-crib, high chair and all the kitchen amenities you can imagine.

Downtown Spokane is just 40 minutes away and the Spokane International Airport is just an hour.
