Description of the Spooner vacation cottage rental

"Lakeside"..our cottage is nestled on 5 wooded acres with 200 feet of frontage on Potato Lake near Spooner, WI where a small creek runs thru. Relax with fully furnished amenities and cozy up to the fireplace or campfires in the evenings. Come and swim, boat, fish or just relax on the water.

Hayward is 20 minutes where you can enjoy many indoor and outdoor activities, the well known lumberjack shows, musky festival & northwoods atmosphere. The small town of Stone Lake is 7 miles away and you will enjoy quaint small shops, bar & grilles & known for the famous Cranberry festival in the fall. 10 miles from Spooner where you can find small town businesses & many activities.Spooner is known for the Rodeo in July. Near our cottage are many activities that can be found within a 1/2 hour driving distance such as golf courses, food and drink at the resort style establishments on the many other lakes close by.

This cabin comes right out of a dreambook,it had all the amenities one could want.Beautiful setting,peaceful lake with our own dock, good fishing, bald eagles,loons and campfires.We had so much relaxation that we felt that we had to hurry home and get back to work!
