Home away from home in the sunshine state!!!
This ultra nice three-bedroom, two-bath home is located just minutes from Pine Island Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Where you can enjoy the lovely sunsets and walk in the water just a few feet from manatees or porpoise swimming in the water. Our home is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. The roomy kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances for preparing and serving meals, and we even have a BBQ on the patio. A microwave oven, automatic coffee-maker, toaster, plenty of pots, pans, Tupperware, cooking utensils, dish ware, and drinking glasses for your convenience. The refrigerator has an automatic ice maker. The dining room is full size and has a leaf and seating for 6. An indoor washer/dryer are ready to use. The living room is cozy and has a 31" color television set with cable and a VCR/DVD player or for a bit of romance we have a radio with CD player. With a king-size bed, a queen size bed and a day bed with two twins or together makes another king-size bed, this home will comfortably sleep up to six people. Our home is a split bedroom plan with each room being set apart from one another by either the living room or dining room for added privacy. Linens and towels are all included. There is a hugh screened enclosed patio and the back yard has a privacy fence for ultimate privacy. This beautiful home is located close to the Gulf of Mexico, including boat and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, dinner, moonlight and gambling cruises, and sunbathing on the sands of Pine Island that is a short 10 minute drive away. Also, close by is the Weeki Wachee Springs Park, where you can snorkel, boat, kayak, fish, birdwatching and of course SWIM WITH THE MANATEES!!! Clearwater beach is only 60 minutes away, Busch Gardens and Tampa Airport are a 45 minute drive where you can also visit Ebor City or Channelside if that suits you. And if thats not enough, take the kids to Bucaneer Bay Water Park and view the live underwater mermaid show or let Dad go to visit one of our many championship golf courses just minutes away. Or make a day of it and drive 90 minutes to Disney World or many of the Orlando Attractions, too many to mention... but we are sure you will find many things to do...

$500.00 Per week (3 week minimum)
$95.00 Per Night (2week minimum)
$500.00 Refundable Security Deposit
$500.00 additional security deposit for pets.
$100.00 professional cleaning fee
9.5% tax
*** At time of booking requires half down and remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival date.

Rentals less than 6 months are subject to a 9.5% tax monthly.
