Description of the Spring Hill vacation home rental

This small 2 bedroom home is located near the Nature Coast next to a Skate Park. The house is fully renovated new floors and paint inside and out. Both bedrooms have a full size bed, the bright living room includes a flat screen TV, large dining room area, small fully equipped kitchen. We are asking $350 per week, $900 for a full month, discounts available when taken more than 1 month. All utilities and cable are included.

Spring Hill is in convenient driving distance to Tampa, St Petersburg, Clearwater Beaches or Orlando attractions. Local attractions are Weeki Wachee Springs, many golf courses, Pine Island Beach.
