The two bathrooms make it easy for everyone to shower after spending a relaxing day on the beach. Pool area with a BBQ gas grill make outdoor evenings a family event.

We had an opportunity to spend 2 weeks in this nice home. It had everything we needed. We had many meals in house and cooking was easy because the kitchen was well stocked with enough pans, bowls, blender, etc..... The beds were very comfortable and the air worked great making things very comfortable. We would stay at this home again in a heart beat!

We rented the 1 bedroom suite, which is attached to the 2 bedroom house owed by Guy and Emi. It was clean, comfortable. Emi and Guy were very easy to rent from. They didn't bother us, but were available when needed.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. The owner was easy to work with and very helpful. The house was conveniently located near manatee attractions and not too far to beaches around Tampa. Our kids loved the pool, and the washer/dryer was a nice convenience. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Me and my family really enjoyed our vacation at this house. It was very clean and well maintained, we rented whole house since mother-in law went with us she really enjoyed it also. The pool and screened in patio was wonderful also. Pine island beach had some of the most beautiful sunsets and weeki wachee springs was so refreshing swimming in the crystal clear 72 degree water on a 96 degree day. I would rent this house again and the owners were really nice.

The photos are accurate and the house has plenty of space, has all the basics like linens and kitchen equipment. The pool area is great and makes for a lovely chill-out spot anytime of day or night. Guy and Emi are really helpful and good fun to talk to, we enjoyed meeting them and want to thank them for their tips about the area. This property is ideally placed for all the attractions; beaches, theme parks, wildlife parks, shopping and restaurants, also there are lots of golf courses nearby that are a real pleasure for any level of golfer. Spring Hill is a really nice area and is easy to navigate, it's quiet and would be ideal for both families or couples looking for a relaxing break. We will definately be back, we are already missing the great weather and friendly people we met during our stay. Thank you Guy and Emi."

This Villa is imaculate, spacious and tastfully decorated.
We were very impressed with plenty of fresh linens, the cupboards are stocked with all the dishes, pot and pans, coffee pot, toaster ect. Pool and surrounding area were clean and a grill to cook on was furnished. The owners are
very friendly and accomidating even brings us fresh fruit for a welcome gift. We would love to stay there again and would recommend it to all of our friends. Beaches were close by, shopping was close as well. I felt like I was home.

The home is spotless and tastefully furnished. The pool is beautiful and private. Age 63, very nice for a senior's has wide door ways good sized rooms nice kitchen and living area, large back yard with private driveway entrance. Pictures as shown tells it all. Nice area and private and clean, nice for long walks at any hour.
Easy to shops and store's, beach's at its best. Great for anytime vacation.
Owners of this rental very nice, helpful with anything.

Vi and I spent a month here and had a great time .It has everything one would want,and oh so clean and up to date. Emi and Guy was so helpful.and we are looking forward to going again next year. That is if US dollar comes down a little. LOL Shopping was great in the area.
