Description of the Spring Hill vacation home rental

Beautifully maintained home in new condition overlooking the 9th hole of the acclaimed Hernando Oaks golf course. This property is in a well cared for, gated community. The house has a private, screened-in pool and spa which can be heated in the winter months for a nominal fee.


Included is a large master bedroom with ensuite containing a walk-in shower and jacuzzi bath. Three other bedrooms are furnished with 2 sets of twin beds and a double bed, all with walk in closets. The living area is open plan, with a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area that look out through three large, sliding doors onto the scenic golf course and surrounding wooded areas. The garage can hold two cars, and washer, dryer, and ironing board are available in the laundry room. There is also an office with a spare single daybed and desk with wireless internet access. Finally, there is screen enclosed porch with patio furniture, which is a wonderfully peaceful place to sit and look out at the sunset.

The house is fully furnished, including plenty of fresh towels and bed linen. There are 6 bikes in the garage, ranging in size from adult to child, as well as beach equipment and a set of golf clubs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cutlery you will need during your stay.


NO SMOKING OR PETS

Brooksville is a quiet country town about 45 minutes north of Tampa and 1.5 hours west of Orlando. Locally, visitors can play golf at the Hernando Oaks golf club, or its sister course in Southern Hills across the road. It is only a short drive to the local children's playgrounds and tennis courts. Weeki Wachee is only 20 minutes away, and includes the long running mermaid show and Buccaneer Bay beach and water slides into the crystal clear waters of the Weeki Wachee spring. Pine Island beach also is 25 minutes away.

You can venture further away by driving 45 minutes into Tampa for Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Florida Aquarium, MOSI, etc. Premier shopping available at Citrus Park Mall.

A 60 minute drive will bring you to St. Petersburg/Clearwater beaches and Tropicana Field (Rays baseball).

Finally, it is only 90 min to Orlando for DisneyWorld, Sea World, Universal Studios, Epcot, etc.
