Perfect house/location for a family with kids

We spent 10 days at this wonderful well kept home in Spring Hill. The backyard is mostly fenced in which was great for the kids. Emi, the owner was a pleasure to work with. She was very quick and responsive to all of our needs. 5 minutes away there's a nice playground for the kids. 10 minutes away is Weeki Wachee State Park and Pine Island Park is less than 20 minutes away. The sunsets can be beautiful at Pine Island and it's a great place to bring the kids with both a beach and nice playground. This is definitely a home I would return to if I visit the area again.

we had a fantastic stay in spring hill. the home is everything you see in the pictures. the beds are comfortable and the washer and dryer are a big plus as our family hit the local watering holes during the day and visited family in the evenings. the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal (or a cocktail or too). we also did some b-b-q-ing on the patio out back. the house is decorated nicely. neighbors are quiet and publix grocery is minutes away. there is a great ice cream shop "papa clydes" that i would highly recommend as well. the house also has literature of local attractions and is stocked with some movies that the kids kept busy with on down days. we are already talking about next time.

For years we visit Spring Hill so we are familiar in this area. Looking for a perfect vacation home we found this beautiful fully equiped vacation home. Emi is a very helpfull and nice lady. The house is clean and very comfortable and if you have any questions you can always call Emi. We highly recommend this vacation home.

The house was wonderful, all of the comforts of home were right in this house. Also, the owners Guy and Emi were great, they walk you through the house and explain everything to you. We will stay here again next year. Pine Island Beach is not too far from the house, it was relaxing too.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was so clean. Everything that was described and shown in photos was even better in person. The owners were so friendly and helpful to us, it was like being in a home away from home. Good location to a small beach on Pine Island..get there early because the parking lot fills up quick. Clearwater is not too far away. We drove to Universal and Busch Gardens and had a great time and full days. Loved this location, easy to cook and clean up, nice neighbors...would go back again for sure

This is one of the best vacations I have every been on. The house was located centrally to everything we wanted to do. I was totally amazed at how clean, beautifully decorated, and amenities this house had. If you can think of anything you may need on vacation its probably here. The neighbor-hood is great. There are stores within a few blocks. The owners have some brochures and maps at the house that were very benefically to us. They explained directions on how to get places with out using many highways. Absolutely wonderful and next time my family is in Spring Hill I will definantly stay here again.
