Description of the Spring Hill vacation home rental

Our fully furnished home is located in Regency Oaks in Spring Hill The home has approx 1700 sq ft and a large attached pool with a mini tub and waterfall; There is a large TV with Cable in the family room and a TV with cable in two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a pillow-top king-sized bed. A second bedroom has twin beds, which can be made into a king-sized bed, if requested. The 3rd bedroom is furnished as an office, and the home is wired for a wireless computer. you must provide your own cell phone.
Kitchen and laundry appliances are all 1-4 years old. There is a water softener, water heater, automatic garage door opener; the home is wired with a security system; the kichen is stocked with cooking equipment and dishes for comfortable living. We'll do our best to meet special needs.

Area Information

Regency Oaks is conveniently located to everything needed for a great vacation. A Traffic light eases the entry and exit to/from the subdivision from SR 19. Regency is a safe, quiet, conveniently located neighborhood. Within a half mile you have groceries, department store, popular restaurants, Home Depot,Lowe's, and much more.

There are Wonderful area sights and events within 25 miles or less. Disney parks are 1.5 hr away. The Tampa Airport is only an hour away. Large shopping malls are 20 minutes south or east. Beaches and Fishing are available in several directions.
Because I am trying to sell my home, I must keep it smoke and pet free. any smoking must be done on pool deck.

Deposits: Securing your rental time as soon as possible is important to both of us; therefore, contracting with a rental deposit for half of the total rental cost is required not less than 60 days prior to arrival.Acceptance of a rental agreement to be completed at time of deposit.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Other Fees: Payable upon arrival, a refundable security deposit for $300 for a 3-week stay or more; ($100 for 1-2 weeks) plus a $50-a-month cleaning fee. For stays of one or two weeks a $50 cleaning fee is required. When first contact is made with acceptance of deposit, the number of occupants must be detailed as the basic rates are based on double occupancy.
