Description of the Spring Hill vacation villa rental

A Golfers Paradise! Bright, spotless two bedroom, two full bath completely furnished villa in highly desirable Timber Pines Over 55 Gated Golf Community. All utilities, including cable TV and basic phone service are included in the rental. This warm and neighborly community features restaurants, a performing arts center, fitness rooms, game and meeting rooms on premises, easily accessible with the golf cart included in the rental. Timber Pines has two large pools, both with hot tubs, as well as tennis courts, and daily and nightly social activities.
Timber Pines Community is built around its four gorgeous golf courses: one championship, two par-60, and one pitch-and-putt course.
A 4 month minimum stay is required.

Area Information

It is easy to get around in Spring Hill, with access to shopping and restaurants within one mile. One hour drive to Tampa International Airport and Busch Gardens. Two miles to public beach on gulf coast.
