A relaxing holiday in a superb villa!

On looking for a place to stay in Florida for a month, we came across the Nature Coast Villa. It was exactly what we were looking for i.e. a home away from home. The interior of the house is beautiful and is a true home contrary to many rentals which are no more than that. Everything has been designed for the owner's own use and you can notice that. The beds are fantastic and we must say we never slept better. The living room has comfortable couches with a flat screen TV and the kitchen is well-appointed. The lay-out of the house is very good with the ensuite master bedroom on the one side and the two guest rooms with their bathroom on the other side. Optimal privacy when having guests. Then there is the pool with a very good size. The place to enjoy yourself on a daily basis. However, March turned out to be the third coldest month in decades so we did not spend as much time there as we would have liked. Instead we made several day trips along the nature coast to the north to Homosassa Springs with the wildlife park, Cedar Key with its port and they say the best clam chowder, to the south toTarpon Springs with the sponge divers, Tampa, St. Pete's, Anna Maria Island with the fantastic Sand Bar, Manasota Beach with the beautiful houses on the Gulf, then to the east to Dade City and Ocala's Nat. Forest. Of course you should not forget Pine Island which is a beautiful peninsula close to Spring Hill. The town itself offers all the stores you will be needing from clothes to groceries and if you do not want to cook there is a lot to choose from. We enjoyed eating out at Carrabas, the Red Lobster and the Thai. We would certainly recommend the Nature Coast Villa and we would like to thank Lesley and her husband for making it available. Christmas Holiday

The house itself was absolutely perfect. Accommodations are great for any Family ages. We took our Teenagers for Christmas and we had a ball. Tv in each bedroom and livingroom. Movies and Books. Wifi and listening devices. The pool was a definate plus. We even adopted a lizard from outside and brought it home. Restaurants and shopping right around the corner. Great location to Family Attractions. Homossasa Springs and the manatees was just down the road. Close to Busch Gardens and Universal Studios. Clearwater Beach was our Favorite. We would definately book again. The pool was a definate plus!

Clean and accommodating!

We had a great experience. I was a little nervous about the UK address. I was able to quickly speak with the owner and work out a solution that worked for both of us. The house was clean amd the pool was great! We were close to everything, shopping and the beach. It was far better than spending a week in a hotel and more cost effective as well. I would recommend this to anyone!

Fun and Relaxing Vacation

My kids and I just got home from the Nature Coast Villa and we miss it already!! The house was so nice and clean. It had everything that we needed for a great vacation. The pool was clean and the kids loved it. Lesley and Christine are great people and we would definatley rent this villa again!

We were looking for a spot near the Gulf and near golf courses but booked at the last minute so we got what was basically left over. We lucked out with this one! The only negative aspect of this place is that it is a bit of a hike to big beaches like Treasure Island/St Petes (just over an hour). Having said that, there is a really nice little beach at Pine Island only 15 minutes away, but it is tiny. Otherwise the place is phenomenal. EVERYTHING is there; you literally only need to bring your clothes and groceries (plenty of stores within a 5-10 minute drive). There is a charcoal BBQ complete with bags of charcoal and lighter fluid. The place is clean and like new and is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable. Towels, beach towels, beach chairs are all there. The pool is crystal clear (they have a guy come and take care of it weekly) and is heated. Decent Internet access is provided. Weeki Watchee Water Park is only two minutes away. There is garage parking complete with remote opener. Even fishing gear and two bikes are provided. On top of all that, the people who take care of the place are only a few blocks away and are quick to provide whatever help or info you require. What's more, you can't beat the price!

This is a lovely home so many thing to do i guarantee u will never get bored or ready to go home...the pool is wonderfull the house is beautiful and lots and lots of stores and stuff to do around there... we went to clearwater beach which is south of spring hill aprox 45 miles 1hr drive and it was wonderfull...the house is very well equiped with everything u need and then some... look forward in coming back to visit again in the fall. thanks very much!!!

This is a lovely house with a fab pool, very close to supermarkets and a graet chinese takeaway!! The surrounding areas are awesome. I would personally reccomend Pine Island and Riverview Resort. The house has full air con, heated pool and all mod cons. Large airy bedrooms and good open plan living/kitchen area. Orlando is about 90 mins away if you want to do the Disney stuff, but the Nature Coast is the way to go for me!!
