Highly disappointed! Outlets hanging out of the walls, we bought cleaning supplies and roach traps. The door didn't even seal, you could see right outside. A day and a half with no hot water for showers. Never any hot water in the kitchen sink. Ants all over the place. Housekeeping did nothing but vacuum, no sweeping and had to beg to have our sheets changed. The hot tub was broken. They had no toilet paper for two days, we had to go buy our own! Microwave was broken, and it took them two days to bring us another rusted one. We could never get onto their internet, but other hotels in the area we could. This place could be a gold mine, the room was a perfect location, but the room itself was not what the pictures show. I understand that they have remodeled some rooms, but we were unable to get into those because of our dog. Which I should have been told I was getting a horrible room because of my dog, I would have either gone somewhere else or found a sitter for her.
