• Deposits: Full Security Deposit of $220.00 plus a $30.00 non-refundable Processing Fee must be forwarded to the Four Winds Office within ten (10) days of making the reservation. If payment of the Security Deposit and Processing Fee is not postmarked within 10 days, the reservation will be cancelled.
   
• Other Fees: All rentals are subject to a Cleaning Fee of: $70.00 - Flats & Townhouses $90.00 Tri-Levels $50.00 - Efficiency

The condo was fully equiped,nicely decorated and very comfortable. We loved being right on the beach! We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!!
