We enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and well appointed. It even included some beach toys for the kids. We stayed in a 3rd floor condo in a unit that didn't have elevators, making the arrival and departure a laborious task for carrying our luggage and groceries.

The property was well maintained. It was an older building. The roof was being replace on the building next door and we were told about this before arriving. The heated pool was not warm enough to swim and we had to go into the club house to use the wifi. The owner of the condo where we stayed, had the unit well stocked w/ enough dishes and cookware. They also supplied games, books and puzzles. Pets are not allowed in the unit, but I was picking up dog hair when I cleaned (take caution if allergic). It is located in a nice area close to everything. It is a good bargin for the price. I would stay there again in the warmer months. Colder months, if you want to swim, stay somewhere else.

So Much To Do...So Little Time!

The title of my review speaks volumes. We enjoyed our stay at your condo and would love to visit St. Augustine again. Not only were we close to the beach but we were also close to many historic sites as well as great shops, attractions and restaurants. It was difficult fitting everything in during a one-week stay, but we managed! Thanks for the memories...

We had such a great time and this condo was just as discribed. Only problem was the snake that decided to visit us from the dunes but i called security and it was gone in 5 mins. The beach was wonderful and the condo was spacious. We had my almost 2 year old son with us so this was definitly the way to go with having 2 bedrooms! Again, this was wonderful and we will definitly be coming back.

Nice condo. The beach is beautiful, heated pool was great for December; and the hot tubs were nice for the chilly evenings. Location is beautiful, but for most shopping & resturants you need to drive about 5 miles and leave the island and go to RT.1 (but there is a grocery store very close by). The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed (all kitchen untensils, washer/dryer, linens etc.) Though it felt a little cluttered/over-decorated with many wall hangings and knick-knacks everywhere. The St. Augustine area is much less comercialized than many other vacation areas (Daytona, Myrtle Beach, Orlando). No high-rise condos, no t-shirt stores on every corner, etc. St. Augustine is a much more beautiful and more relaxing place to vacation. Take a walking tour of the historic city, and climb the lighthouse (if you're not afraid of heights). Great vacation, we will be back.

Nice decorating and sufficent linens and kitchen utensils. VERY, very limited ocean view. No beach towels, no beach chairs, no small beach cooler, why not? Afterall, it's a beach house!

My family came to visit for a short trip from up north and I found this as a great option vs. a hotel. We had to check in late and the staff was very hospitable. The beach was beautiful, to be honest we didn't even use the pools. I would definitely recommend staying here. It was quiet,and for the price - waaaay better than a hotel!! As a Realtor in Central Florida, I will stay here again and recommend it to others.

I stayed in these units in May 07 and they were very pleasant. Very cute jacuzzi tubs in the villa's garden areas. The staff were very pleasant and the beach was just perfect. I shopped around and the rental prices are a great deal.Perfect place to just relax.
