Description of the St Augustine vacation condo rental

St. Augustine Beach condo constantly updated corner unit in Ocean Village Club (L-26). This complex of 18 buildings is nestled between the edge of the Atlantic Ocean and Highway A1A. Treat yourself to a vacation in our beautifully furnished condo (1120 sq feet)on the 2nd floor of an elevator building (built in 1999). Our building is across from the heated pool and community center (wireless high speed internet, computer, printer, small library and small exercise room there for your use). This gated complex is one of the nicest on St. Augustine Beach!

Golf privileges available at the Prestigious Marsh Creek Country Club located just one mile from our condo. This is a Private Country Club open to members and guests only. Renter must pay greens and cart fees.

Our unit (L-26) has everything for your perfect vacation. Master bedroom has a king size bed, new mattress set in 2006, 26" LCD TV with DVD player (2008). Private bath with walk-in shower. Brand new carpet in both bedrooms in 2007. Guest bedroom has twin beds, 26" LCD TV (2008) and VCR/DVD player. Second bath has shower/tub combination. Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, 2 recliners and a 37" LCD TV (2008) and VCR/DVD player. New tile floors in 2007.

Completely furnished kitchen includes brand new super capacity washer/dryer (2008) fridge with water/ice in door (2009), new dishwasher (2008), full size microwave. Small appliances (full size mixer, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, crock pot, electric skillet) are furnished along with lots of cookware, bakeware, linens and beach towels.

Dining area seats 6 people and has a computer desk with printer stand and surge protector. Wireless internet provided inside our condo. New tile floors in kitchen and dining area in 2007. All new window blinds in 2008.

Short 5 minute walk to ocean thru the complex - no public roads to cross! There are 2 pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, small library and exercise equipment.

This is a No Smoking, No Pets condo and the maximum number of people is 6 including children of all ages. No boats, jet skis, trailers or recreational vehicles are allowed to be parked on property.

Cancellation Policies: For Monthly rentals January - March: Cancellations made before September 30th, reservation fee only. Cancellations made between Oct 1st & Nov 30th - 1/2 month's rent (including taxes) plus reservation fee. Cancellations made after Dec 1st - 1 month's rent (including taxes) plus reservation fee. For Monthly rentals - April - December: Cancellations made prior t0 30 days before arrival - deposit plus reservation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival - 1/2 month's rent (including taxes) plus reservation fee. For Weekly rentals: Cancellations made prior to 90 days of arrival - reservation fee only. Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival and prior to 14 days of arrival - deposit (including taxes) plus reservation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival - 1 night rental (including taxes) plus deposit, plus reservation fee. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date and no-shows will be charged the full rental rate (including taxes) plus the reservation fee.

Minutes away is the Nation's Oldest City, historic and quaint St. Augustine with all the charm of its Spanish heritage, championship golf, marinas and water sports. Don't miss the Castillo De San Marcos fort, Ripley's Museum, Potter's Wax Museum, Alligator Farm, Fountain of Youth, Ghost Tours, St. George Street and so much more. Beautiful St. Augustine Beach has miles and miles of sandy beach - the best kept secret in Florida! Lots of things for the entire family to do and neat places to eat!

All occupants must be 25 years or older unless children accompanied by parents. Credit Cards, Cash, cashiers checks, money orders or travelers checks are accepted for payment of rental. Full payment of balance is due 14 days in advance of arrival for weekly rentals and 30 days in advance of arrival for monthly rentals.

Everything the owner says about the condo and Ocean Village Club is accurate. We have stayed there 3 times and have enjoyed each visit very much. The condo lacks nothing. Make a reservation and enjoy!

This condo was probably the best one we've stayed in yet! We loved the recliners and the updated appliances. I especially loved the front end load washer and dryer! Everything was nice and clean, and there were plenty of kitchen utensils and other stuff if we needed it. The only thing we wished was different was that it was closer to the ocean...was quite a walk. We had our truck to drive on the beach though, so we were fine. I would recommend this condo to anyone....it was great!

THIS CONDO WAS INCREDIBLE! IT WAS IMMACULATE, HAD STATE OF THE ART APPLIANCES, "REAL FURNITURE", NOT CHEAP DISCOUNT FURNITURE. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT PEOPLE WOULD EVER FURNISH A RENTAL CONDO THIS SUPERBLY, WITH EVERY AMENITY YOU COULD WANT, INCLUDING ALL KITCHEN UTENSILS AND APPLIANCES, A FULL SIZE REFRIGERATOR AND W/D. A PHONE WITH A "COMPLIMENTARY" PHONE CARD, LARGE TV'S IN EVERY ROOM! THE BEACH IS BEAUTIFUL, AND THE WALKWAY TO THE DUNES IS INCREDIBLE. LOVELY HEATED POOL, FOR THE COOL NIGHTS. THE ELEVATOR WAS GREAT FOR TIMES WHEN WE WERE JUST TIRED OR HAD A HEAVY LOAD TO CARRY. IT WAS QUIET AND PEACEFUL THERE. LOVE THE TWO RECLINERS AND THE KING SIZE BED! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO TO ANYONE. THEY WOULD BE AMAZED TO FIND SUCH A BEAUTIFUL AND COMPLETE "HAVEN" FOR A VACATION TO THE BEACH. AND THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK THERE AND WOULD REQUEST L-26!
