St. Augustine Beach condo constantly updated corner unit in Ocean Village Club (L buiding). This complex of 18 buildings is nestled between the edge of the Atlantic Ocean and Highway A1A. Treat yourself to a vacation in our beautifully furnished condo (1120 sq feet)on the 2nd floor of an elevator building (built in 1999). Our building is across from the heated pool and community centercomputer, printer, small library and small exercise room there for your use. Wireless internet is provided inside the unit and at the community center for your convenience! This gated complex is one of the nicest on St. Augustine Beach!

Our unit has everything for your perfect vacation. Master bedroom has a king size bed, triple dresser and 26" LCD TV. Private bath with walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has twin beds (new mattress set 2010), 26" LCD TV and VCR/DVD player. Second bath has shower/tub combination. Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, 2 recliners and a 37" LCD TV and VCR/DVD player. New tile floors in entry, kitchen, dining area, living room and 2nd bathroom.

Completely updated furnished kitchen includes brand new large capacity washer/dryer (2008) fridge with water/ice in door (2009), new dishwasher (2008), full size microwave. New counter tops, tile back splash and cabinet doors (2011). Small appliances (full size mixer, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, crock pot, electric skillet) are furnished along with lots of cookware, bakeware, linens and beach towels.

Dining area set seats 6 people (new 2010) and has a small computer desk with surge protector (new 2010). All new window blinds in 2008.

Short 5 minute walk to ocean thru the complex - no public roads to cross! There is also a beach parking lot within the complex that puts you by the sidewalk that leads to the private boardwalk. Convenient for those who need to carry a lot of things. Complex has 2 pools, tennis courts & shuffleboard.

This is a No Smoking, pet-friendly condo and the maximum number of people is 6 including children of all ages. No boats, jet skis, trailers or recreational vehicles are allowed to be parked on property.

Cancellation Policies: For rentals of 2 weeks or longer, written cancellation must be received 60 days prior to arrival date to receive refund of deposit. Reservation fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 60 and 14 days prior to arrival forfeit deposit & reservation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival and no-shows will be charged up to full rental rate, taxes & reservation fee if the condo can't be re-rented (minus deposit & cleaning fee).
