4 Day Labor Day Weekend Special = $800 (Check In: Friday 3PM through Check Out: Tuesday 10AM)

This 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath ocean view condo in St. Augustine Beach, Florida is the perfect vacation for you.

You will find this unit to be light and sunny throughout and offers the
Preferred Southern Exposure.
It has an open floor plan and wide doorways (should ease of mobility be a consideration). Condo R-27 is a second story unit in an
Elevator Equipped Building.

• Deposits: Security Deposit: $250.00 (must be received 10 days after initial contact, along with signed contract) This will RESERVE your dates . Upon arriving at Beso del Sol, the Reservation Deposit becomes a Damage Deposit and is TOTALLY refundable 10 days after your stay if all rules and regulations, per rental agreement, are met.
   
• Other Fees: Add $70.00 One Time Cleaning Fee Plus 9% Tax to Rate and Cleaning Fee 1 Month = 4 Weeks Only
