Description of the St Augustine vacation condo rental

Cinnamon Beach Condo at Ocean Hammock Resort in Palm Coast Florida offers brand new, luxury direct ocean front 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo (1900 square foot) vacation rental in a private double gated golf and beach setting. Located south of St. Augustine Beach, our luxury condo rental overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and the Ocean Hammock Golf Club Resort, a stunning and challenging golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.

Best of all, our condo has free access to 2 heated pools including an ocean-front pool, a second large pool with a gradual slope for kids and families, a 'water splash zone' for kids, a fitness center, a game room, jacuzzi and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 754, a fifth floor condo in the exclusive Cinnamon Beach building 7, fifth floor of a six floor building featuring direct ocean views, cathedral ceilings, large TV, high speed wireless Internet, fully equipped kitchen, linens & towels. This condo is on floor 5 of 6.

Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 8 guests and includes an ocean view from the front of our condo. We also have high speed cable Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers.

The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equiped. All cookware and tableware is included. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze.

The oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a table, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation. Enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air and the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean.

The 3 bedrooms include a Master with a pillow top king bed, tv set/dvd player, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and tv set/dvd player. Bedroom #3 has 2 twins and a tv set/dvd player. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra sleeping space (sleeps 2).

The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual ''zero'' slope entrance for kids, a water ''splash zone'' for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. ( The pools are 1 block away. )

Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is also known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock is access to the Intercoastal waterway and 6 more challenging golf courses including: Palm Harbor Golf Club, Pine Lakes Golf Club, Cypress Knoll Golf Club, Matanzas Golf Club and Grand Haven Golf Club.

Condo was lovely; served our needs to a tee; Owner was extremely accommodating; high speed cable connection was a super asset; location right on the waterway was great, especially with the screened deck overlooking the water; very friendly security staff. excellent location for accessing Jacksonville and St. Augustine areas; price was very fair for this level of acommodations. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone travelling to this area.

Our condo had a spectacular view overlooking the ocean. The property was clean and well kept. We did see one large cockroach in the master bathroom however and the tub drain in the main bathroom was clogged. The property grounds were well maintained and the beach was beautiful. The area doesn't offer alot in the way of entertainment for teenagers however and my kids were bored. It would also have been nice if the snack bars would have been open at the pools.

This was the first time we had rented a private condo and really didnt know what to expect. The booking, payment, etc went exceptionally smooth - with follow up emails and phone call confirmations. The condo itself was very nice. Well equipped with kitchenware, appliances, etc. Great location. Quiet, safe, etc. Will definitely do it again. Feel free to use me as a reference!
